@Aimingforearlierbedtimessleep so important isn’t it, I need so much and have had a few months of disturbed sleep. I’ve been having pukka nighttime tea before bed and using some magnesium balm I got in the liberty advent before bed which seem to really help, good luck!

I loved reformer Pilates, persuaded dh to go twice a week, he’s amazing really driving me everywhere bless him!
Not jabbing today but weekly weigh in and have dropped 2 more pounds of December weight, so 2 1/2 pounds to get to lowest weight and will see how I feel. After struggling in December I ordered a 10mg jab for my next one so will see how I go, historically not good at extracting doses so may need to go up a dose and see how it goes!
