Has my first person tell me yesterday not too lose any more weight. I’m still 13 stone 7 and size 14/16 so definatly not too thin. I do wonder her thoughts in saying it. Is it just because I look so different 🤔🤔🤔.
has anyone else had this or any ideas ??

@wendywoopywoo222 Don't listen to others. You know your own mind and body they don't it is your journey not theirs!
I get that a lot but as I am now a size 8-10 from a 20-22. I don't need or want to lose more.
I have been maintaining since February
When i lost weight before I got down to a size 14-16 and all the people who are naturally a size 10 or less told me not to lose more. Always baffled me as I was still overweight and much bigger than them.
I think people like to think that you are fat and they are not and they don't want to feel threatened. I have never felt threatened by someone's size. Jealous maybe if they have lost weight when my head wasn't in the right weight loss mindset.
I think women are the worst they just want to knock other women down. When we need to give them confidence.
Working in a full female workplace I hate the way women behave towards each other. I can't wait for my last shift on Thursday.
On that note have a great week!

I get a lot of don’t lose any more comments. I am around 78 kilos. A healthy bmi is 71. I have a large frame, so do seem to have less fat , but even so. I think it’s because my face got thin first. Some people say it to flatter, or to show they like you at any weight. Some people just don’t really see people. But also , maybe some thinner people do like us to be fat. I know my tiniest friend always finds some way to make me feel like a giant. Last time we met it was with bracelets, I still have an 81/2 inch wrist.

I have had those comments from my mum, someone at my hobby group, and the pharmacy assistant. I ignore. I have another 10kg to go.

Thanks @dozywelshbird @Stasis26 😘

I checked with my prescriber about restarting after a break and thought it might be useful info for others. WePrescribe said can restart anytime if bmi is still over 30, if below 30 they won't prescribe if gap is more than two months
