@Springbaby2023 well I really hope your recovery is properly happening this time I had a sinus infection for three weeks once and I was just desperate to get rid of it. I went to a walk-in because I couldn't get a GP appointment and they were quite cross. They said I should give it longer.
I wonder if people just go up through the doses of MJ,because they expect bigger losses
But certainly on here people seem to be getting huge losses in the first place so it's kind of puzzling
Obviously, you have to pay more for higher doses
But I've read so much on here and Reddit
I wonder if people are finding that they get used to it - reporting that they are suddenly overeating seems quite common
I would say my appetite suppression is low or middling but I don't know what's normal
I still have to count calories I think if I eat naturally, I would go over 1500 unless I keep it in check
I suppose if I had been free of side-effects, which I think most people say they are, then I might have wanted to go up
I think statistically they say that only 20% of people get side-effects
I actually think it's probably higher, but people maybe don't report it because just want to keep taking the medication
I've lost track, but I think I might have posted that comment on another thread here - and one person did post and say she would battle any and all side effects to lose weight. Said it was all mind over matter.
I find it weird because I felt so healthy before taking this medication - this is the first week that I felt pretty normal. I realise that if you felt unhealthy, then the medication may be fixing other problems. Like people talk about inflammation, I had to check out what that means.
