We have all been on for heading up to 17mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.

To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

BMI would be 20.2 it’s currently 20.7.

im not aiming to lose more; but that stone bracket will yes always be appealing

jab day tomorrow thankfully. I went to the new big Sainsbury in another town after hydrotherapy and bought a cheese twist and sushi and a bakery pizza. I’ve eaten the cheese twist and sushi for dinner not as bad as it could have been! But I did eat at two hot cross buns for lunch 🤣 oh well. Back to it tomorrow.

hydro has left me totally knackered. It was 45 minutes and I was working the whole time.

I tried lower and was fine on 5 for months - just going to 2.5 was too low and now struggling

maybe try 7.5 or 5 @Azuresky68 and see happens

fab 8.2 @FurForksSakeis that your happy weight or top/low end

I cant remenber if you are back to your preferred weight @Blondeshavemorefun? I am struggling to get back to mine...been over indulging recently. A bit of emotional drinking I am afraid..please don't judge me. I don't actaully think anyone that still contributes to this group will do this by the way 👍

Azuresky68 · 06/03/2026 11:06

PS i am not drinking every day by any means..it's just difficult to lose and drink 🍸

@FurForksSake what bmi would 7.13 take you too?? .
I know how you feel about seeing the next stone bracket.. its addictive.. when I started this my mind to start with was 14 stone.. then when I realised how good these drugs were I thought id try for 12 stone, a healthy bmi.. then it just carried on and im now in the 10s.. something id never thought would happen. But bmi 21.5 ish and im happy here..

If 7.13 keeps you in the healthy bmi id say go for it , can't remember how tall you are.. but if it takes you too low then just be carful, as its easily done.. going too far I think.

That's one of the reasons I don't weigh in stones now!
