We have all been on for heading up to 17mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.

To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

only 2 words to say 😂😂

Thanks @Azuresky68 it’s all been quite a shock as I only had three hours notice of the appointment and I wasn’t expecting such a definitive diagnosis. Waiting for X-ray and blood results and an mri for them to decide if I also have ankolysing spondylitis or my back is just mechanically knackered. Apparently I also need to see hand therapy for my hands as they are very painful and floppy and they can make me special splints.

if when I get my gynae ultrasound I get an endometriosis diagnosis or something I’ll just jump in my grave 🤣 the wait for the scan privately is six weeks so got a wait for that.

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/02/2026 19:05

Tho a shock it’s good to get a diagnosis

Morning, I have a consultation with Oushk on Tuesday. I think I need to get a pen. I weighed last Friday and was 2lbs down but I didn't weigh in this Friday. Feeling quite low at the moment with health etc so eating is comfort.

@FurForksSake I was diagnosed in 2016 with Fibromyalgia and ME. If your rheumatologist has advised you to try Duloxotine I would strongly advise against it. Everyone is individual of course but please research before you do. Any opioid painkillers make our pain worse long term, there's so much more to Fibro than people realise. I'm sorry you are going through this 😔 xx

Ps, there are a lot if secondary conditions that are part of Fibro, it can be a secondary condition also.
Xx

Waves to @NippyNinjaCrab

Well done for 2lb loss that’s great

I think good you having a chat and pen. To jump start you and you never went past 5 so least a lower cost

Last night I had the Munchies 🙀😢

i was doing so well on 5 and maintaining for 6mths - since I dropped to 2.5 for a couple of weeks I’ve struggled and def have food noise even tho went back to 5 and struggling with wanting biscuits and chocolate - which isn’t me. I’m a savoury girl and crisps are my downfall

will increase Friday and try to jumpstart body back again

I wish I hadn’t gone to 2.5 as all seems to go wrong from there

you lot still on 10 I’m envious an may make my way back up there

OP posts:
NippyNinjaCrab · 01/03/2026 13:59

I was planning on starting on 1.25 and increase slowly to 2.5 and see how I go. Munchies are exactly what I had and I gave in to the carbs which leads to sugar spikes and cravings, its a hamster wheel. My friend is terrified of coming off. She looks amazing, 😍 its bloody hard losing but maintaining solo is harder. Xx

PoemsForTea · 01/03/2026 15:27

@NippyNinjaCrab 1.25 sounds a good plan

PoemsForTea · 01/03/2026 15:48

I've had a cooking day, means I have ready lunches and snacks. Done a gert big crustless quiche, a bunch of baked sweet potatoes.and am doing a red lentil dhal in the slow oooker - this is a new one to me so will see how i like it!

NippyNinjaCrab · 01/03/2026 15:56

@PoemsForTea I love a sweet potato! I will add them to my shopping list. I quite fancy some nice soups actually too, a wee spicy parsnip one sounds 👌 that quiche looks yum. Xx

Azuresky68 · 02/03/2026 08:19

@PoemsForTea Your food sounds great. I made a crustless quiche too as I had friends round for afternoon tea and one is coeliac and needs gluten free...everyone loved it. Made mine with leeks, red pepper and cheese. I have a lovely BBC food lentil daal recipe but it was soo delicious I couldnt stop eating it.

Azuresky68 · 02/03/2026 08:20

@NippyNinjaCrab great news and all the best for feeling better soon about weight..we all know and understand how much of a struggle it is 🤗

Azuresky68 · 02/03/2026 08:22

@FurForksSake i will ask my friend who was a physiotherapist and has suffered from fibromialaga for a very long time, for any good resources to point you to. Sending hugs 🤗

morbidcuriosity · 02/03/2026 11:45

I need to order again from pharmalous for delivery next week as that will be 6 weeks.. but can't see a code this time. That's annoying. Anyone ordered recently with a code for ongoing people?
I really can't be faffed with switching suppliers again now.

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/03/2026 13:15

The don’t always do codes. They just do a set price tho sometimes have £10 off

OP posts:
morbidcuriosity · 02/03/2026 13:47

Yeah I was hoping i had missed the £10 off but just didn't see it. . Oh well.. looks like its £20 more than the cheapest with discount. So for £20 I dont mind as hopefully won't have to do pics and call etc if I stay with them. Been good so far so fingers crossed.

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/03/2026 13:52

Hopefully will go well

OP posts:
morbidcuriosity · 02/03/2026 13:52

Found it. I had missed it. Return10.

morbidcuriosity · 02/03/2026 13:54

All ordered for delivery next week. I'll let you all know if they start with the need a verification video or anything.

Worked out 234.. cheapest new time is 221, glad I went with pharmalous in the end.

FurForksSake · 02/03/2026 18:51

I realised today I feel on a bit more of an even keel again with my eating. I’ve not weighed for over a week (but did get weighed at the hospital and it wasn’t shocking given it was after lunch and I had my clothes and shoes on) as I’m still constipated.

I just got some new clothes for work and everything is a size 8 or small and the 8 has plenty of room. I’ve got a lovely new trench coat https://tuclothing.sainsburys.co.uk/product/tuc146917444?gclsrc=aw.ds&cmpid=cpc&src=Google&med=Shopping&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=20331211902&utm_term=tuc146917444&utm_content=shopping&utm_custom1=&utm_custom2=825-875-8916&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=20331213789&gbraid=0AAAAADCAkB_aqpave3ipvewVE43pBN2iq&gclid=CjwKCAiAh5XNBhAAEiwA_Bu8FbshuIwkC3ZDLeWJRJUotxPMSOyJpEwoYrh-1PMraQSeYmXycEofkBoCuq4QAvD_BwE and that’s a small. I’m looking forward to wearing it but it’ll probably be to Aldi 🤣

im definitely finding my style again and feeling a bit more confident. My weight has been fairly steady for months now.

That's a nice read ❤️

FurForksSake · 02/03/2026 19:06

I’m trying to find the positives today! Cottage cheese at lunch and stir fry for dinner, feel so much better for it. I found January so hard and I was eating so many snacks.

I’ve got my taper going on and I feel confident that if I do 38 clicks of 12.5 this week that I’ll cope.

Azuresky68 · 02/03/2026 20:22

@FurForksSake loving the trenchcoat! Well done for gwtting back on track 💐💐💐
