We have all been on for heading up to 17mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.

To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

only 2 words to say 😂😂

Thanks for the new thread @Blondeshavemorefun I’m still reading and keeping up with the news. Glad the op went well @FurForksSake . Still hovering between 9 st and 9st 2 , jabbing 7.5 every 10 days or so

Are you trying to reduce the dose or extend the time

OP posts:
FurForksSake · 15/11/2025 21:40

Ooh, haven’t watched that. I have been watching an interesting Clare Danes thing on Netflix. I want to watch the film club thing on iPlayer but worry it’s dross.

FurForksSake · 15/11/2025 21:41

I haven’t jabbed since last Thursday, I’ll do it in the morning I think. I’ve eaten a whole large domino’s over the last 24 hours, nothing else though. But not been hungry. But then I have eaten a whole pizza 🤣

Blondeshavemorefun · 16/11/2025 12:22

Today is a hungry day ffs. It’s 12.22 and already thinking of lunch

Hi everyone ☺️ @FurForksSake so glad op went well and you are feeling positive 😊 @Blondeshavemorefun good that you dropped the weight if that's what you felt most comfortable with. @poppym12 good luck on going it alone and well done with your achievements so far 👍 My last day of holiday tomorrow..until the next time 😅😅😅

FurForksSake · 16/11/2025 20:53

Are you sad to be coming home?

DH made a lovely roast dinner and I had a small bowl of rice pudding. I’m a bit weird at the moment, I’m not hungry but also not surpressed just very steady.

I injected this morning 12.5, first time since last Thursday. So 9/10 day gap. I’m going to go back to 8 days and then go down to 10 after Christmas.

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/11/2025 21:36

Extend the time between doses, but I’ve got 2 more 7.5s after this , so was planning to drop the next one to a 5 (using clicks) and maybe also keep to 10 days … it’s all a bit of a journey isn’t it!

poppym12 · 16/11/2025 20:57

Thanks @FurForksSake. I just had a really weird (and hungry) few days. I'm back on track now (I hope) but I need to work out how much I can safely eat without gaining.

Thanks @Blondeshavemorefun and @Azuresky68. Hope you're both doing well with whatever stage you're at now.

I'm hoping to do a couple weeks of 7.5 then a few 5mg followed by 2.5s to finish off my pens.

Blondeshavemorefun · 16/11/2025 23:04

I was always under 10/7 so still under my ballpark but I will need to keep an eye on it

but as long as 10/4 - 10/7 I’m not going to worry

safe flight home @Azuresky68

it is a journey @wohmum. I’m doing 5 from 7.5 so ideally I will mange to get a 10 and then micro dose 5 from it

or that’s the plan

so even tho will be £240 it will be £120 a month which is £30 a week

or that’s the plan

good luck @poppym12

Hi new thread..

Monday weigh and jab day for me.
10.11 today, so 1lb off my ultimate goal, but happy with the maintaining under 11 stone.

I shall have a catch up on the last of the old thread as not done that yet, just marking my place here..

Blondeshavemorefun · 17/11/2025 18:01

Well done @morbidcuriosity

For info... Genuinely so impressed with Medicine Marketplace. Ordered at 6pm last night (3rd order with them) and it's already dispatched and arriving tomorrow. Not missing Oushks eeked out process at all. Was gonna try Pharmulous next.

morbidcuriosity · 17/11/2025 18:54

@PoemsForTea I'm gonna order my next from pharmalous if they let me, last ordered some in August and 1 in September so hope with my proof they will let me start maintenance with them on 10mg, but not gonna order till end of Dec.

Let us know if they let you order higher than 2.5. I ordered 3 x 10 pens from Oushk in August and already had one in stock. Still got 2 pens left as I use bonus dose, spaced out doses and now in 7.5 out of the 10 pen. Paid £5 to be on Oushk Maintenance but haven't ordered yet at new prices.
Will probably order 10 pen and use for 5 dose from whichever is cheapest.

Will have a look at prices here too..what BMI do they accept?

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/11/2025 09:38

I think medicine and pharmoulous were very similar in prices

OP posts:
morbidcuriosity · 18/11/2025 09:55

@Azuresky68i hope they let me order 10mg, maybe I should order earlier incase they make me come down the dose, like juniper tried to.
My BMI is 21.8 I think so thought would be ok.
I have a 7.5 and a 12.5 in fridge but wanted to stick to 10mg a bit longer before I try 7.5 .

It's been a busy weekend full of visitors, so just catching up with the new thread now. Thanks @Blondeshavemorefun for setting it up.

I'm halfway through my November off, and it's going OK. Was able to eat (and drink!) more over the weekend which was nice as we had some great foodie treats. But also went for lunch yesterday and was fine with sharing a few tapas, and we didn't even finish them. At the moment I'm 1lb up on where I was at the end of October. That's OK but I don't want to go any higher. It's be interesting to see what it's like when I jab again in December...

@FurForksSake glad it all went well and hope your recovery is smooth.

@Azuresky68 envious of the holiday and it's prompted me to book for February - I always have a solo winter sun holiday, leaving dh at hom. It gets me through the dark depressing days.

Blondeshavemorefun · 21/11/2025 10:31

WWJ and maintaining nicely on 5
