We have all been on for heading up to 17mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.

To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

I do see a diff when I do side to side pics an I have to remind myself sometimes of this

so do a before /after and sure you will see those 30lbs. Thats over 2s

Thanks @Blondeshavemorefun...I meant I can't see the 5 pounds gain, despite someone in another thread sayong 5 pounds was a lot of weight..definitely can see my 2 stone loss

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/02/2026 13:20

How are we all doing ? Tho I didn’t always eat my 1800 I am now missing the 500 and being on 1300 is hard tho obv 1000 is harder @Azuresky68

@NippyNinjaCrab how are you doing. You said you weee going to weigh once a month at the end

Doing OK thanks...a couple of weeks on 10 and carefully counting calories should do the job. Thanks for all the support from people.
@20bloodypounds agree ...a glass of wine isnt worth it but a bottle is 🤣🤣🤣

Azuresky68 · 24/02/2026 13:24

@FurForksSake how was the first day back...hope you are OK 👍 🤗

FurForksSake · 24/02/2026 13:27

@Azuresky68 it was ok, I didn’t do anything but chat to my supervisor (new to supervising me, but we’ve worked in different teams for some time). back in tomorrow morning. I still want to resign but I’ll try and get through until next year and finish my post grad and then see where we are. The change in supervisor is making things easier but she’s going on maternity in July.

@Blondeshavemorefun I think it was surprise that someone obviously not overweight was still taking it, I don’t think people are used to maintaining using it. He was making an assumption initially that I’d used it to lose a small amount of weight I think, then when I told him he was really nice about the weight loss. I was impressed that I apparently pass for someone that’s always been this size!

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/02/2026 14:29

I have a before /after pic on my phone as sometimes people don’t believe when I say I was 7s heavier

got a - you are so slim - from a client

I still don’t think of myself as slim. Still see fat legs

yes I know I’ve lost weight and I’m not fat anymore but don’t see myself as slim either

OP posts:
FurForksSake · 24/02/2026 14:35

@Blondeshavemorefun you are definitely slim. I am totally with you about not feeling it. I feel very much like people see me as a tiny, chubby lady. But I’m now, and I have to start believing it.

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/02/2026 15:00

You are tiny. You are a size 6/8

OP posts:
FurForksSake · 24/02/2026 15:10

Honestly, I don’t feel it at all. I’m not sure I ever will. I’m not losing weight and not going to lose more, but I honestly thought I’d feel tiny and I don’t. I was walking into the clinic today towards a glass door and wearing not fitted clothes I don’t look tiny, I just look nothing. Which is probably a good thing! I know when I wear leggings to go to physio my legs look twig like.

Azuresky68 · 24/02/2026 20:30

Isn't it strange...I am probably a higher BMI than both of you @Blondeshavemorefun and @FurForksSake yet i really feel slim and happy with how I look. I started a new dance class today and was so impressed with myself when I saw myself in the big mirrors! The teachers also made a video of our routine and again i was really pleased with how I looked 😀

Azuresky68 · 24/02/2026 20:33

Was going to top up my dose today but have managed to get by, probably because I kept busy all day..dance class, gardening abd washed my car it's 8.30 and I feel a bit hungry but can manage for now so I will jab tomorrow, then delay next week until Thursday if I can.

FurForksSake · 24/02/2026 20:38

@Azuresky68 I don’t think I’ve ever liked how I look, it’s always been a massive issue for me. I think if I could exercise and move my body and feel strong I’d feel better. I’ve just been to physio and feel so crooked.

Dance class sounds amazing and well done for keeping busy and pushing through!

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/02/2026 20:39

Have a huge cup of tea - that all fill you up @Azuresky68my bmi is 23.2 at the moment and I’d get back to ideal weight it will be 22.6

Azuresky68 · 25/02/2026 12:48

How can this be right? I have a 10 mg pen. Always syringe any extra. First dose was 5 as I had 2.5 from old pen, 5 x7.5 then last week 10 mg using a syringe then this week 10 mg using syringe and there's still a bit left...the maths doesn't work does it 🤔 This is why I checked recently that I was using syringe correctly, even though i have been using syringe ever since I started.

Azuresky68 · 25/02/2026 12:51

45 clicks for 7.5 out of a 10 pen .6 mls with syringe for 10..thats right isnt it?

Blondeshavemorefun · 25/02/2026 16:15

Any chance you miss counted clicks @FurForksSake

.6 is a whole dose @Azuresky68 so thinking it’s .45

but yes 45 clicks

@Blondeshavemorefun hungry caterpillar 🤣 but all good stuff and fresh air!

morbidcuriosity · 25/02/2026 19:15

Hungry caterpillar?? Haha. But its all very low calories stuff.. I eat cucumber with most of my lunches, its very low calorie and tasty..

FurForksSake · 25/02/2026 19:54

Cucumber is one of those amazing foods with lots of b vitamins in, isn’t it? My kids eat cucumber every day. Cucumber and grapes are their guaranteed eats.

Blondeshavemorefun · 25/02/2026 21:18

Oh yes I took a snack box with me to avoid the chocolate chip biccys that mini blondes had
