We have all been on for heading up to 17mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.

To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

@Azuresky68 I think going back to work I’m going to get comments about how I look. I’m not planning for it to be sustainable really, I assume that as I go down the doses I’ll bounce up a bit and that’s fine. I do want to fit into my new size 6 jeans for a while and enjoy being pretty tiny for a bit. But, I do have a fear of bouncing up and it being unstoppable.

im trying to do lots of body weight exercises across my day and really, really want to build some muscle and tone. I think im a way from being able to go to a gym and lifting heavy though.

Enjoy the comments and if you get any negative ones it's their problem not yours. Enjoy being slim and getting into those jeans 👖 xx

Oh the snacks on top of that so 2 x s&v crisps . 6 of those little poshdinky dunky in cuppa biscuits - my mint cock aka choc bar - kitkat - grapes - chocolate crossiant - dino tails x3 ffs

I hover between 10.4 and 10.7. Never over 10.7 and sure I will be this week

so have always been in my ballpark an tho I originally wanted to be 11s and let losing - I def don’t want to be 11s now

i think I’ve became immune to 5 as am really having food noise last 2/3w

hope returning to work goes ok @FurForksSake and I said before you are at your lowest from pics you have put up , you are very slim and size 6 is tiny

@Blondeshavemorefun I read ages ago (probably on Mumsnet!) that 8 mm needles made a difference. I don't know if it's psychological but that certainly seems to be the case for me.

Also - I have finally lost my second elephant's penis!

Back to just under target this morning. I feel like my body is getting pretty good at the bounces not sticking. I spend too much time thinking about set point theory and imagining my body wants to regain 6st at its earliest opportunity.

I was looking at my scales app, they tell me my body fat is 28% which is still too high. However, August 2024 it was 45%. i really would like that to come down to 26% which is apparently normal, but only exercise and weights will do that and I’m not doing enough of that.

I keep thinking when I go back to work I’ll do exercise bike and shower before the kids get up, DH leaves for London at 6am and I could get up then and do my bits and then get the kids up at 7. But I’m so tired every morning even now when I’m not doing anything I can’t imagine it. Perhaps I should do it after work? I just can’t seem to make myself go on it. I need to incentivise.

Home from holiday yesterday and I'm one pound up. I am back on my 'one month on' so jabbed 2.5mg when I got back yesterday and hoping for a really good week. I've used up all my 5mg pens so did the full 60 clicks from a 2.5mg pen - it seemed like a huge volume after the tiny amounts previously!

I got up early this morning, showered and dressed in my gear ready to go to pilates class, but the weather was so wet and shite that I procrastinated until it was too late.

Lovely hotel in Costa Adeje. I had booked only B&B, so I really indulged at the fabulous breakfast buffet - but mostly on quite healthy things with lots of protein. Swerved most of the croissants and pastries. Then most days walked for miles and only ate in again in the evening - but usually something lighter, like fish or chicken with salad and a few of dh's chips.

I've stopped going all-inclusive as I feel the need to 'get my money's worth' and I eat and snack all day, even when I am not hungry. And drink the free the sweet cocktails and cheap wine!

@Blondeshavemorefun get yourself some 8mm needles. Honestly I jabbed Sunday and still today I have major supression, all I've eaten is healthy stuff, chicken eggs protein shake etc.. just to get the calories in.
Might give you a little boost instead of going up.

Ive actually dropped weight again to 10.5 . My maintence goal is 10.7 to 11 stone.. so am under at the moment because of the supression. I may go back to a 4mm this week then try 8mm again week after to see if it really is that.

Does seem weird. I was doing so well on 5. Dropped to 2.5 and starving and eating anything and everything

went back to 5. Ok for a week or two and then the food noise

im hardcore rem 😂 so will try 7.5 and see if 1) will eat less as was having half a pizza. Now eat whole one. 2) the crisp /biscuits stop calling

My first order with Pharmulous was 5th December. Showed my stash of 3 x 10mg pens ordered from Oushk and 10 mg approved. Ordered this second pen to be delivered on 12th February. They queried it but I said I always had at least one pen 'in stock' and sent photo of my December order from them. When I ordered pen this time I put this info on the form but they still queried it, then I explained again and order approved. Guessing they really want to sell us the pens!

I felt really bad as after my week away there was a 4 pound gain 😫 at the top of my comfort zone. I know it's only temporary but still felt low about it and was comfort eating. I used Chat GPT to get advice and it was really helpful. I also found out that the parathyroid condition makes it harder due to tiredness and inflammation. Chat GPT gave me strategies to avoid comfort eating due to feeling low about weight gain and low mood due to tiredness.
Do you think you are really hungry or is the crisp eating linked to worry about weight gain/boredom? My eating is definitely comfort eating. Not saying yours is though. We are all so different. Hope you have a better week this week 💕
PS Valentine's Day doesn't help either. My other half is not romantic at all, but my ex always got me card and flowers and he was awful most of the time. A female friend says she agrees with my OH ..thinks Valetines Day is a load of cr*p and she was happily married until widowed and now met a lovely man ..they are both in their 70's. No Valentines cards at her house either 😅

I like crisps. That’s my thing and for months if not over a year on mj I’ve happily had one packet a day and a cock bar 😜 and happy with that with cupboards full of mini blondes stuff

but recently over the last 2/3w I’ve eaten 2/5 packets a day or biscuits which literally said to me. Eat me. I’m here. Over here. Open the tin etc

I def don’t want to gain and I can’t as has no cooker left in bigger sizes but also my health and to know I’m here for mb

@Blondeshavemorefun I completley understand that feeling of 'eat me' or in my case 'drink me' - you really aren't alone. Maintenance is a whole different ball game isn't it. Is it just this week when you have craved more snacks? Your weight on the scales is probably a temporary blip? Winter and short days, rainy miserable weather doesn't help. Many of us reach for the comfort food in winter. Would you break your rule and weigh again mid week? Can you just buy your crisps and cock bar on a daily basis? It might cost a bit more but if it helps then well worth it. Good luck this week 👍
