We have all been on for heading up to 17mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.

To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

only 2 words to say 😂😂

FurForksSake · 09/02/2026 18:12

Oh dear, draw a line under it and move on. Were you working last night? Does tiredness play a part?

I am so thirsty, like crazy thirsty. I can’t think if it was bad before k jabbed this morning, but I don’t think it was. I guess I’ll flush out the extra pounds.

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/02/2026 18:15

Yes worked last night but went to bed at 845 once dropped mini blondes off today

they are literally shouting at me

we are under the cupboard. Come and lick me

salt and vinegar and so deliciously tart on the tongue

ahhhhhhhhhh

OP posts:
FurForksSake · 09/02/2026 18:27

Do you have them in for mini? Just wondering if you can avoid buying them to make it easier.

Or pair them with something filling, so you can have the crisps but only if it’s with a meal so you feel satisfied?

Im sorry it’s so hard when it happens, I’ve definitely been struggling more with it but not ended up in a binge.

Big hugs, it will pass, you’ve done so well.

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/02/2026 20:31

No. For me. Thats worse. She like cheese and onion and tho I like them. I prefer s&v so I don’t touch hers and she doesn’t eat mine 😂

not sure what is up with me this week. Been on 5 for months

maybe I will jab 7.5 this week as a one off to shock my system. What do you think ?

OP posts:
FurForksSake · 09/02/2026 20:34

Well I jabbed 12.5 today because I’m an idiot. I think I took maybe 8 last week and today took what was left and it was much more than i expected. So it’s going to be an interesting week

I would probably jab in between or 7.5 and see if it helps.

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/02/2026 21:26

That is high @FurForksSake🙀🙀

ive never done non doses so will either do 5 or 7.5 or I will end up fucking up the clicks 😂

Hey, hope everyone is doing OK, I am out of syringes for the bonus dose, has anyone got the link for the right ones?

morbidcuriosity · 10/02/2026 17:34

UK Medi site, 32g, 1ml and i think 8mm they have purple caps, thats what i use

morbidcuriosity · 10/02/2026 18:50

I got myself some 8mm pen needles as I've read a few times about them being more effective, i didn't really believe it, but thought id give them a go. Now im on 10mg and been doing great, this week using the new needle and man, the supression is strong, really strong, I want to believe it is the needle and not coinsidence or random..

@Blondeshavemorefun for a couple quid why not get some and try them out for some more help with the tempting snacks..

I used chemist4u website as i wanted some Laxido too.

Azuresky68 · 10/02/2026 19:21

Yes I use these but order 20 as it's quite a bit cheaper per jab

Azuresky68 · 10/02/2026 19:31

Back to rainy UK yesterday. Not going to weigh until Friday but I didn't go mad on holiday. Calorie counting again. Today I made 4 egg crustless quiche with peas and peppers, ate a crumpet with tspn butter, tea was home-made soup with lentils, spinach, carrots, onions, garlic, pre cooked gammon and pre cooked chicken.. very tasty. I batch cooked chicken boneless skinless drumsticks from Aldi and froze in 100g portions. Pre cooked Aldi gammon in slow cooker was frozen in 50g portions. All the veg was frozen. Lentils were in my store cupboard. Had an options hot choc. Including milk in my coffees that all adds up to 1000 cals but will likely have another hot chocolate very soon. I find planning ahead and batch cooking helps especially on days when on my own. Love a cosy night in.

FurForksSake · 10/02/2026 19:45

I really should do that prep!

My mental health is trash today, I’m going back to work next week and I’m not coping with the idea of it and lots of confusion. I work for the nhs and somehow need to take three weeks of leave but don’t know how that works with a phased return and a desire to reduce days. Ho hum.

I’ve lost quite a bit of my gain of yesterday, I’ll weigh tomorrow and see how we are doing.

I had some Aldi falafel for lunch and it was quite nice and good for fibre and protein.

WorriedRelative · 10/02/2026 21:42

Thanks everyone!

Blondeshavemorefun · 10/02/2026 21:43

You think using a larger needle will give me better suppression @morbidcuriosity

im still hungry today and eaten tons

b protein bran flakes 60g raspberry’s
l tuna jacket cheese salad
t chicken rice and veg

been hungry and snacking all week. Would have def gained this week over my ball park I’m sure

I think I will jab 7.5 Fri

It seems to have worked for me yes.. in my 3rd day of near off total supression and I've been on 10mg for a good few months..

Work a go for a few quid I reckon.. I would send you some of mine, had to buy a box of 100 and never gonna use them all..

Hi Blondes..I don't think what you have eaten sounds a lot and it's all healthy. Have you had snacks on top of that? I was craving snacks but I wasn't hungry ..it's our mind trying to drag us back into the habits that made us fat.

What do you weigh now? You were quite a bit less than you planned a couple of months ago and kept losing. Have you gained much since then? Maintenance is a bit scary 😨
I thought I was hungry tonight but it was really thirst, so drank a lot of water but I will be up in the night now peeing!

The pre-cooked chicken and pre- cooked gammon was done a few weeks ago and frozen so not a lot of cooking today.

I got my pen today from Pharmulous today and I hadn't ordered since December so I am sure you will be OK 👍

Hope things get easier for you. I am still stuck on 7 5 but desperate to reduce to 5 mg cos of cost.
PS I have always used the larger needle- purple one - for bonus dose but don't think it makes any difference

So sorry you are feeling pants about work. It's never easy going back after a long break off so it's understandable you are anxious/worried/feeling low. I hope work are supportive about a phased return and I hope you can be kind to yourself (easy for me say but I am speaking from my own experience, as I always used to push myself too hard)
I know we are all different about our desired weight but your goal is lower than mine and you are taller than me..do you think your goal is sustainable? I am struggling to stay at 8 st 5 pounds and since Christmas and NY have been beating myself up at being more like 8st 8 pounds or even more. I think it's the fear of gaining it all back. All the very best and hope tomorrow is a better day ❤️

FurForksSake · 10/02/2026 22:24

@Azuresky68 I think going back to work I’m going to get comments about how I look. I’m not planning for it to be sustainable really, I assume that as I go down the doses I’ll bounce up a bit and that’s fine. I do want to fit into my new size 6 jeans for a while and enjoy being pretty tiny for a bit. But, I do have a fear of bouncing up and it being unstoppable.

im trying to do lots of body weight exercises across my day and really, really want to build some muscle and tone. I think im a way from being able to go to a gym and lifting heavy though.

FurForksSake · 10/02/2026 22:24

Oh, and when I saw the nice dress the Medium size had some staining on the neck. My default was to take the L to try on. There was no S, but there was an extra small.

The lovely shop lady looked me up and down and looked at the 2 sizes I had. Shook her head and said "too big, too small". She took the M to try and clean it. Meanwhile I tried on the L. tbh honest I would have bought it. It was a bit loose around the back and too big on my shoulders. But you know, I'm used to that.

Then I tried on the extra small. I almost danced out of the changing room (actually I sort of did). It fitted perfectly. And I had to show the assistants that underneath I was still wearing my t-shirt and shorts. What a moment.

Like all things, a size is only the size it is when it fits you. But I am very happy (and extra small) bunny tonight!

That's a wonderful win 🏆 😀 👏
