We have all been on for heading up to 17mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.

To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

only 2 words to say 😂😂

That was me before, it was utterly miserable and I took so much Imodium.

I’ve had a piece of toast, cheese triangles and ham for lunch. I’ll have some grapes in a bit.

Jabbed 48 clicks of 12.5 into my thigh for a change. I’m hoping I can maintain this week and then do 48 clicks for another three weeks before going down to 42.

For me it's alcohol. On MJ I find it really easy not to think about, not to buy it, not to want it if it's in the house. But if I have one G&T I can all too easily think 'ooh that was nice, let's have another...'

I am like that with a bottle of wine 🍷 Beer or spirits are fine ..can have them in the house for a year. Wine just keeps saying 'drink me' Wine is not my friend 😱

Azuresky68 · 19/01/2026 20:35

How's everyone getting on today? Jabbed 2mls from 10 mg pen by syringe plus 30 clicks from 10 pen so equals about 8 mg this morning. Yet to really feel effect ...hopefully better suppression tomorrow 🤞

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/01/2026 20:42

You are lowering @Azuresky68. Well done

I’m good. Eaten well

B protein flakes and rasp
L chicken skewer and rice
t Aldi posh cottage pie and veg
s crisps and mint cock bar

cals under 1200 so still have 600 to eat

sorry shorties 😘😘

FurForksSake · 19/01/2026 20:49

Ha! Lucky you blondes. Which protein flakes are you eating, would you recommend?

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/01/2026 21:12

These. Was quite nice. Tho I had 45g. 30 is a small pathetic amount

but yes did keep me full to lunch

@Azuresky68 hope is goes well on your reduced dose. I'm maintaining on 2.5mg but was finishing a pen and took a wee bit extra (couldn't waste the money!). Too much!! Felt really awful on Friday evening, still rough on Saturday, massive appetite suppression on Sunday and Monday, just getting back to normal now.

Blondeshavemorefun · 20/01/2026 18:03

Again so jealous of those on small doses

5 has stuffed me
had a jacket for lunch and tuna and stuffed

sure I will end up eating 8 ish but not sure what

Thank you...I am still on 7.5 at the moment. Really want to get back 8 st 5 as it's my happy weight. Original goal was 9 stone, then 8 stone 7 pounds. 3 pounds to lose then hopefully maintain at 8 stone 5 pounds

How are you doing today guys?

I’ve dropped down to 10 this week, I feel ok so far, but I guess the weekend will tell! I might jab Sunday and then Saturday and then Friday so that I can go back to Friday jabbing.

Has anyone seen the videos on social media of “Japanese cheesecake” where people put biscuits into fat free Greek yoghurt and it tastes like well, cheesecake? I’m considering trying jt

Currently on list for surgery for my parathyroid..involves having my throat cut open...not looking forward to it 😫 but it's urgent as it's causing osteoporosis and fatigue..had loads of scans..off to hospital again tomorrow.

Biscuits aren't great though are they..too moreish for me! Did you try the one i posted with eggs, yoghurt, blueberries and cornflour..honestly it's really good 👍 👌 😄

FurForksSake · 21/01/2026 20:33

are you likely to have the surgery soon? I hope it’s an easy surgery and recovery.

I didn’t try that one, good reminder!

Blondeshavemorefun · 21/01/2026 20:41

I’m going to do a month unless I drop under 8st. Then I’ll have a cock bar, some biscuits and drop to 9 🤣

A month at a time I think should work, I did 11 last week and ten this, I did consider sticking at 11 for a couple of weeks but felt I could Amanda.

Blondeshavemorefun · 21/01/2026 21:00

A month is what I did roughly

I am a priority due to having kidney stones - too much calcium and beginning with osteoporosis - body taking calcium from bones because it thinks I haven't got enough in my blood even though I have too much..it's like having a broken thermostat.
Yes do try the non cheese cheesecake ...it's so easy to make and delicious when chilled

Azuresky68 · 23/01/2026 09:28

Hi to those who weigh on Fridays ...after a week of calorie counting on an average of 1150 I havent lost any weight. Only 2 pounds to go to get back to 8st 5 pounds. But don't really want to drop to 5 until I get there.

FurForksSake · 23/01/2026 09:46

@Azuresky68 I’m sure you’ll get a good whoosh cone through next week. Keep at it!

I was looking at my curve on lose it and it is so spiky. If I looked at it short term I’d have often and probably was gutted. But the trend is a beautiful curve to where I am now. Riding it out was nearly always the right decision and when I plateaued I then had a relaxed week and then broke through.

I also saw how my fat percentage has dropped and I was quite shocked. I’d still like to get that down further. I am quite tempted by the dexa scans to get a very realistic picture.

I weighed yesterday and I am back to maintaining at 8st2. The Christmas weight has gone very quickly.
