We have all been on for heading up to 17mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.

To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

only 2 words to say 😂😂

Thanks @Blondeshavemorefun. Let’s face it, I lost 18 stone really…. Grin
I’ll get back on that wagon and will loose it. I don’t think I can ever afford to go back on MJ, but I’ve a better idea of what I should be eating so I’m hopeful it will be successful.

Talking of eating, I’m slightly concerned you’re eating mice…..

Yes we both did lose huge weights 😂😢 but needed to be done sadly

many had offers on as after Xmas with discounts so you may be able to afford it - even for a few months

Good morning and belated happy New year and merry Christmas to you all.

I've not been doing great weight wise, think I've gained a couple of kg but the eating has been intentional if that makes sense? Still fitting into the smaller clothes I bought but feeling bloated.

I've been dragging out the doses of my last couple of pens but they don't seem to be working so I need to get my ass in gear. I think I'll have to buy some more to keep going and get the last half a stone-ish off.

Decided it was way too cold and miserable last week so am now sitting in the sunny Canary Islands (think this spot is @Azuresky68's favourite place). This suits me much better - I've already clocked up loads of steps. I just don't fancy walking when I'm at home on the South West coast during winter for some reason.

Oh and I became a grandma a few weeks ago. Hope you're all ok. I'll try to read through to see what I've missed.

Blondeshavemorefun · 06/01/2026 12:57

Ha ha at mice. I missed that @WitchDancer

@poppym12have you actually weighed ? You may suprise your self

oh. You are in sunshine. I’m so envious - it’s -5 here and so bitterly cold and many congrats on grandma 👶🏼

I have been to the loo so may times today, I hope that is a good thing and it’s all excess fluid going and meaning I’ll have maintained or lost come Friday.

I jabbed yesterday and the food noise has backed off again.

managed ten minutes on my exercise bike with a little resistance, so that burnt a whole 40 calories 🤣

PoemsForTea · 06/01/2026 18:32

I am still here plodding on @BlondeshavemorefunI do post, but feel like the only one not on maintenance or winding down, so not much comment or advice to give 😆

NippyNinjaCrab · 06/01/2026 21:46

Happy New Year Auggies! 😍😍

This is day 2 back on the wagon. I will weigh in Friday and report. No MJ since June.

Target weight originally 11st
Lowest weight 10st 10lbs in June
Last weigh in was 11st 7lbs maybe 4 weeks ago I think?

I've made Asian tonic soup with chicken today and added bone broth so thats for a wee cup around lunch with my ryvita. Yes, no bread again! I've got green tea too to try and reduce my caffeine intake. Last night I must have piddled a lake, every time I was drifting off I needed to pee again.
I am enjoying bran flakes in the morning at the moment.
I'd like a nice surprise on the scales Friday. I've ordered some clothes in a 12/M in the sales so major incentive to get off/keep off.

NippyNinjaCrab · 06/01/2026 21:49

@WitchDancer you can do this no problem! Its so easy to slip back especially when things are happening that are shit or very busy. I am actually glad its all over because having rubbish in the house was just too much temptation. Onwards and downwards my friend. 🥰

Timetofindme · 06/01/2026 21:53

@PoemsForTea im still jabbing. Quite a way to go yet. Never been a huge poster but definitely more of a lurker than I was!

Apart from affordability, I didn't feel that great on it albeit a tiny dose 😂😂

I'm finding my breakfast is filling me up till lunch anyway so thats good for the time being.

The weather is so shit for motivation though isn't it?

FurForksSake · 07/01/2026 08:50

Morning!

im going as long as i can before I crack and eat something.

OP posts:
FurForksSake · 07/01/2026 13:47

@Blondeshavemorefun some cheddars 🤣🤣🤣 it’s Christmas food still. But chilli for dinner so…. Balance?

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/01/2026 13:47

Hardly healthy

tho equally I’ve rather a garlic cheese pizza so can’t talk at 750c !

OP posts:
FurForksSake · 07/01/2026 13:53

lol! No not healthy. But I didn’t have loads. I’d rather eat a little of what I fancy and kill the mild craving than eat other stuff and then give in anyway. My hip is really playing up, supposed to be back to work next week but I’m in a big flare and can’t do much.

I had bran flakes for breakfast, always FF milk. Bone broth and 2 ryvita with gammon and tomato. Dinner was braised shoulder steak with veg in a casserole, BUT I made dumplings lol. Bloody lush it all was. The bin aka DH scoffed a huge portion and had Malteser reindeer.

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/01/2026 21:08

Love dumplings

I def feel I’m snacking /eating more bad stuff on 2.5 and only first week

morbidcuriosity · 07/01/2026 22:01

@NippyNinjaCrab have you tried lidl bran flakes? . They are 79p a box.. used to be 66p. But they are really nice.. I have them a lot mixed with yoghurt.

20bloodypounds · 07/01/2026 22:59

@Blondeshavemorefun but it might all settle down as you get used to it. You did really well on 5mg.
