We have all been on for over a year now

Last month the year before , we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

Some are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

Blowing baby dust your way to those who are ttc

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This year will almost be harder. To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

only 2 words to say 😂😂

WWJ and maintaining and dropped to 5 today so will see how hunger goes

and pain

Honesty I don’t get it @Azuresky68

eating 1/3 more Calories a day and dropped a stone over the months

but gives me a leeway if I do gain on 5 or if I totally stop

Well done @Blondeshavemorefun you are doing so well with tapering.

I had a bath. I’m too bony in the bum for baths but I spent half an hour in it as it had Epsom salts in to try and help my soreness. I think it has helped a bit. I also chucked in the bottle of bath salts the cottage people leave so it smelt nice. But I did just count the minutes. I need some sort of bath full body mattress 😆

Just one last post for today. I have been fancying more sweet stuff so I made this:
Healthy Blueberry Yogurt Cake
Ingredients
400g (1¾ cups) sweetened yogurt (Greek yogurt recommended)
4 large eggs, room temperature
40g (⅓ cup) cornflour
90g (¾ cup) fresh or frozen blueberries (divided: 70g for batter, 20g for topping)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F)
I did in a silicone container in my air fryer on 150F but covered with foil to avoid burning OR
Line a 15cm (6-inch) round cake pan with parchment paper
Grease sides lightly
Make the Batter:
In a large bowl, combine yogurt and eggs
Whisk until completely smooth
Mix sieved cornflour in
Fold gently until well combined
Add in 70g blueberries

Bake for 50-55 minutes until set
Centre should be slightly jiggly

I did half the ingredients then ate half of the results . More like a custard than a cake but satisfied my cravings...added sweetner too. Served with a bit more Greek yoghurt plus sweetner.
Going to make it next time with stewed apple and sultanas 👍
I am making pea and ham soup for my tea.
Buy gammon joint from Aldi and slow cooked in stock for 5 hours on high (only needs stock half way up) Cook until you can pull apart. Pea soup...frozen peas, onion, garlic and stock. You can add low fat herb and garlic cream cheese too!

In the meantime my Next size 8 jacket cream shearling jacket is too BIG...going to have to resell it.

@Blondeshavemorefun wondering what 5 will be like? Hope it works. On 7.5 now and might go down to 5 in a few weeks to make pens last longer.

I bet there is some sort of mattress available or maybe a lilo! Yes i have the same bony bum problem too! Have got some Epsom salts to try soon .

Blondeshavemorefun · 31/10/2025 14:52

Yes lost all bum fat. I sit on a cushion on the sofa

FurForksSake · 31/10/2025 15:26

I’ve just been investigating and seen a full body bath pillow im going to ask for for Christmas. I’ve got a bath in my en suite k never use and the Epsom salts I think have helped a little.

the sofa in the cottage is leather and I’m sure it has less give. I need a nice flat cushion!

20bloodypounds · 31/10/2025 22:09

Jabbed today - 31st October, 2.5 mg. I am trying one month off and one month on. So... November here we come. With no MJ! Of course the first week is going to be fine. I'll let you knwo how it goes after that. And I know I feel relieved that I have jabs for December. Even that thought might help me keep on the straight and narrow.

20bloodypounds · 31/10/2025 22:10

Oh and just for the record - weight today 57.6kg

Blondeshavemorefun · 31/10/2025 22:42

Oh interesting @20bloodypounds I hope goes well

Morning all, just sticking my head around the door to say hello 😁

I’m still off MJ, and unfortunately have been creeping weight back on. I’m just taking things one day at a time though, one meal at a time. I am hoping to be able to afford to go back on in January once I’ve paid off my debts incurred by setting up a new home, so fingers crossed!

It’s been good to read everyone’s victories, it gives me hope that I will get there one day too

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/11/2025 13:26

Wave To @WitchDancer Most of us are still on a low-dose, so don’t feel bad for gaining.

I admit I am scared of coming off. I started five yesterday so we’ll see how that takes me.

Thanks Blondes. Considering you had to go high dose to get suppression, to even be down to 5 is fantastic!

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/11/2025 17:48

I know. And so far I’m not starved. Yes I went meal and tummy rumbles near it but I know I don’t need a scooby snack 😂

OP posts:
FurForksSake · 01/11/2025 20:43

I’ve eaten so badly today and this week, far too much snacking and crisps. But I’ll weigh in the morning and move on.

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/11/2025 21:19

That’s all we can do

enjoy if away for a few days /week

Cut back once back if gain

Just catching up, going a bit further back about the cold.. I have a heated throw for my sofa, but I purchased a Heated Gilet as I work nights sometimes and I have to go outside, its bloody freezing.. But Oh My, I love it, its got 9 heated pads, I'm already eyeing up a 15 heated pad one.. it was £37 quid on amazon, there is cheaper and more ones, but this one came with a battery pack so didn't need to get separate..

I recommend if your cold and have a spare £30 odd.

FurForksSake · 01/11/2025 21:57

I’ve got a heated gillet actually! I forget I have it, I bought it for pottery as the studio I was using was so cold. They are fab and so easy to recharge the little battery pack.

FurForksSake · 02/11/2025 09:38

Weighed in. 3lbs up apparently. I’m hoping that’s mostly constipation and too much salt and will go quite quickly. Back to firm tracking now.

1clavdivs · 02/11/2025 09:43

I seem to have stabilised at about 2lbs above goal. I’ve dropped to 10mg and have noticeable food noise so I’m going to stay on 10 for at least the next month in the hope it dies down. After that I will be dropping to 7.5 then 5 as that’s what I can afford long term.

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/11/2025 09:50

3lb is nothing @FurForksSake and sure be off in a week or two

@1clavdivs you sound similar to me in dropping slowly. I’m def hungrier but seem to be maintaining and could put on 3/4lbs and still be way under my originally wanted weight so 2lbs above goal seems fine to me

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 02/11/2025 14:53

I’ve eaten a lamb roast dinner and hungry

that’s not good is it

FurForksSake · 02/11/2025 14:57

Ah blondes, it’s hard isn’t it? I’m on 12.5 and struggling after holiday, you are doing amazing getting down to 5. Are you hungry or is it just fancying something?

Similar plan to me, although I have dropped to 7.5 for a month..good luck everyone 👍
