We have all been on for over a year now

Last month the year before , we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

Some are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

Blowing baby dust your way to those who are ttc

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This year will almost be harder. To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

Well done on maintaining! Lovely photos.

I went down from 15 to 12.5 this week, maintaining at 8st7 but still constipated so I might be a little less.

I bought some outdoors thermal trousers in Costco today, I bought a small and was prepared to take them back but they fit fine, if not a touch big. I can’t get used to picking up smalls.

Hope everyone is keeping well!

my hair loss is bad again at the moment, trying to take the iron, biotin and protein to see if they help.

Not sure if anyone is still about on here but if so, what's the longest you've delayed your usual dose injection by? I was due to jab (15mg) on Thursday but haven't done it yet. I'm thinking of moving down the strengths to use up my last couple of pens but haven't decided how yet.

If you count clicks and do half doses, does the pen work as normal or do you end up needing syringes before what would be the regular 5th dose?

FurForksSake · 18/10/2025 13:47

I’ve gone to nine days. That was absolutely fine. I did a couple of weeks at 15 and now doing 12.5, I’ll inject on day 7 this week and then push out to 8 for a few weeks and then do 10 at 7 days then 8.

counting clicks shouldn’t be an issue aprt from last doses as it will be the same amount of clicks in total just over a longer period?

1clavdivs · 18/10/2025 14:07

Went on holiday for four days and gained 3lbs. I didn't even eat that much as I jabbed before I went and I did tons and tons of walking, but I did have pasta and alcohol so it might be that. I've lost 1lb of it this week though.

Dropped to 10mg a couple of weeks ago too. Going to continue coming down slowly while I try to knock off those couple of pounds.

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/10/2025 20:09

We are still here @poppym12

im lowering doses then will do the longer stretches so cant help

but counting clicks will be fine till used all clicks which I think is 240. Then will need to syringe rest out

@FurForksSake hope 12.5 is ok

@owlyboo lovely pics

@1clavdivsyou may find it was just water or alcohol and will be ok next week

They really suit you @Blondeshavemorefun! (Sorry, I was trying to clap when I reacted to your post but mn calls that a thank you 🤦🏻‍♀️)

I've only counted clicks going up the doses so far, so it's good to know it won't be so hard to manage coming downward. I'm still on 12.5, sitting at 9 st 5 or 6. My children told me this week that I look snatched so I'll definitely take that as a win. They also told me that my roots are REALLY GREY and I need to sort them out - win some, lose some...

FurForksSake · 18/10/2025 22:56

You look great in those jeans @Blondeshavemorefun ! Witwoo

Azuresky68 · 19/10/2025 01:32

@Blondeshavemorefun looking great in the jeans. Nice top too.
I tried the frozen Aldi Thai prawns with lots of nice veg and cauliflower rice...lush meal..thanks @Blondeshavemorefun
Went to a 70th party and was a bit naughty but only had 1 🍺 Back on track tomorrow.

FurForksSake · 19/10/2025 12:03

we are going away in Saturday, I’m loathes to say on holiday as I will primarily be occupying a different sofa!

I don’t really want to take my pen with me, so I think I’m going to jab today and Friday night and then Saturday night when i get home. I have surgery on 14th November and pre op the Tuesday after we come home so I’ll need some sort of break I imagine for the anaesthetic.

Does that sound reasonable? I don’t want to have low suppression on holiday when I’ll have access to do many treats and then need to have a break.

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/10/2025 12:13

Aww thank you. I still think my legs look fat but look ok ish in clothes @Timetochange24

it’s when I’m naked - then it’s bad !! Saggy skin

you finally back @Azuresky68. Nice holiday?

gkad enjoyed prawns. I eat twice a week at least tho also got into posh Aldi meals

more £ and more calories but oh so good !

@FurForksSake is still away so a holiday and yes sounds a plan

@poppym12 I'm going 2 weeks between jabs and also going down roughly 1mg each time. Am hungry this weekend as jab day today. Currently counting clicks but will need to syringe the last few doses.

20bloodypounds · 19/10/2025 12:49

Looking fabuous @Blondeshavemorefun

I'm still maintaining on 2.5mg. I've got 2 more jabs to go, then I'm going to have the whole of November off. Then back on 2.5mg for December. But as November approaches it feels a bit scary to contemplate having almost no MJ in my system. But I'll never know if I don't try...

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/10/2025 12:53

I know. That’s how I feel but nervous.

Will see what I’m like on 5 week after next - gulps

FurForksSake · 19/10/2025 12:56

@20bloodypounds keep us posted! There’s a calculator somewhere isn’t there about how much you have circulating. That sounds very positive how well you’ve come down.

@doingitthistime I like the idea of spacing out and going down 1mg a time, I might try that.

Thank you. Are you finding that manageable? I've counted clicks today and used 10mg from a 15mg pen - I wish I'd seen your post before as that sounds like a great idea. I've only got 2 more pens though (a 15 and a 10) so I'm not sure how long they'd last reducing by 1mg at a time (brain isn't working well today. Flu jab yesterday and migraine today).

Azuresky68 · 19/10/2025 16:10

Happy Sunday everyone. Took my 10 mg jab about an hour ago...now having really bad stomach cramps..not sure if this is related?
Went 8 days again as getting good suppresion.
I had a lovely holiday thanks 😊 and felt great in my skinny clothes! Not so great in bikini due to wrinkly tummy but past caring at my age.
The other half only gained a pound on holiday. I haven't weighed yet - waiting until Friday.
Enjoy your holiday @FurForksSakeand good luck with surgery. Wishing you a speedy recovery 💐

doingitthistime · 19/10/2025 19:40

@poppym12 I'm managing at the moment, the week I jab is fine, the second requires more will power but I'm mostly managing. I need to plan what I'm having each day to keep me on track and stop me not eating enough, getting tired and hungry then eating junk. Days 12 and 13 I tell myself that the noise my stomach is making means I'll really enjoy my Sunday roast. I want to come off fully so hoping reducing slowly will help.

Interesting because I'm planning a whole month off (well 4 weeks... or maybe 3 and a half...). I'm interested to see how my hunger really is. I think I need to be meticulous about calorie counting. At the moment I can get away with ordering a pastry with my coffee because half way through I feel like I've had enough. I guess that won't happen 4 weeks off MJ, so I will need to be disciplined about simply NOT ordering the pastry.

Hello my little fruit polos. Still plodding on trying to get to goal (so I can save some money by titrating back down 😆) Stepping up to 15mg has resulted in a 5lb loss since start September which is excellent for me!
So I am now 12st 5lb - Top end of healthy bmi is 11.6. So just aiming for 11.7 and be done. I still eat healthily, pretty much carb free which suits my menopausal state very much. I just need to sort out my exercise now.
Hope all are well 🙂

morbidcuriosity · 20/10/2025 20:30

My usual check in for a Monday.. I've managed to weigh in today at 10 stone 12, whoop!! . Under 11 on a Monday finally..

I think I'm aiming for 10.10 now.. but my overall goal is 11 stone max.. I'm a BMI of 21.8 so all good..

I'm still on 10mg, got 2x 10, 1x7.5 and 1x12.5 in my fridge.. going for the 10 again next week I think.
Aiming to use the 12.5 for 10 weeks of 6.25 at a later date..

I am reading all your updates, I just don't post much but I'm with you all on our journeys..

It's odd now not tracking numbers going down, and wanting numbers to stay the same, a mindset I've got to learn I think..

WorriedRelative · 21/10/2025 11:43

Just back from holiday, lots of walking, lots of drinking, felt a bit over surpressed at the begining less so by the end. I jabbed before I left (a day early) with 12.5mg (rather than 15mg) and will jab today so 8 days after my last jab.

I'm 2kg up this morning which is disappointing but probably water retention, constipation, inflammation etc given that I only landed in the early hours.

Glad to see everyone still here, love the skinny jeans @Blondeshavemorefun

FurForksSake · 21/10/2025 11:45

Welcome back @WorriedRelative I’m sure it’ll be water retention and come out in the wash.
