We have all been on for over a year now

Last month the year before , we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

Some are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

Blowing baby dust your way to those who are ttc

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This year will almost be harder. To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

Great photos @Azuresky68 you look so confident! Enjoy that holiday.

@FurForksSake I think you're hiding your body under those clothes - but I can see a slender neck and a neat chin (just one chin - that's been a lovely surprise for me).

owlyboo · 07/10/2025 22:12

You look lovely @Azuresky68have the best time!

nice cosy knit @FurForksSakeI still love a baggy jumper have to feel cosy!

WorriedRelative · 07/10/2025 22:13

Annoying NSV time.

I have got an important work meeting this week, and I am struggling to find anything appropriate to wear that fits. I thought I'd be fine with some of the stuff I have from before dress codes changed at work but three lovely suit were too big, as was the good dress I was planning to wear with a jacket.

Found a pair of trousers that must be about 20yrs old and still have the tags on because I bought them in a clearance and couldn't return them when they were too tight. I have been trying to slim into them ever since. They will do but are a bit too big really.

Still not sure what I'll wear. 🫤

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/10/2025 22:29

Can you buy a cheap suit/dress from Amazon

I’ve got some nice stuff off there and comes next day and easy to return so could order 3/4 and see what you like

good luck

@20bloodypounds it’s so hard, I want to get another 4lbs off and then after Christmas taper to a low maintenance dose. Imagine the taper will involve some bouncing around. The jeans are a 10 and I think I need to get an 8 but it feels like all I do is buy clothes! I need to work out what of my clothes fits, what I’m keeping for maintenance potential regains and what needs to go on vinted.

FurForksSake · 07/10/2025 23:14

@WorriedRelative I agree with the Amazon thing, next day delivery and free returns.

Blondeshavemorefun · 08/10/2025 01:52

I can’t imagine being an 8

12/10 still stuns me

I seem to be eating lots as def more hungry

i never thought I really had suppression but now I’m on a low , well middle dose I feel hunger but can cope with it

but will I At 5 or 2.5

i was going to do 2 pens of 7.5 as think have 2 in fridge plus a 10

so will have to count clicks to make 5 from a 7.5 and see how I progress

tea is cooking. Lamb and mash and veg

FurForksSake · 08/10/2025 19:03

I know that as soon as I go on to maintenance I’m going to regain. I’m about 5lbs off my absolute final target of 8st2. That takes me to a bmi of 20. And to be honest I just want to see what that’s like, I will then have a 5lbs bouncing window I imagine. 8st7 will be my tighten back up moment.

DS1 had minor surgery on Monday, we took him to pop eyes chicken for lunch today to check he’s ok to go back. I had a burger and some chips, I managed about half the burger. It was nice but I got full quick with how big it was!

I’ve done my physio exercises and I think my glutes are beginning to build back. Once I’ve recovered from my surgery I want to find a PT and to start lifting weights, if my back can take it.

Blondeshavemorefun · 08/10/2025 20:17

You may not gain at maintenance. I don’t seem to be tho thats now on 7.5

the extra 600c I am allowed means I do eat well

OP posts:
FurForksSake · 08/10/2025 20:23

I might not, but I’m so sedentary and short that even on 1000 calories or less a day I only lose 1lb a month usually. My metabolism is still very broken. I have no muscle and until I get some (apart from my tiny glutes), I can’t see my maintenance being more than 1200 calories a day. Which I think is going to be really tough with a lower dose or no mj.

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/10/2025 14:34

I don’t do a lot @FurForksSake. Walk 5mins to school. And bc once a week

I don’t know the last time I had a wispa, yum!

yesterday I found a bag of salted caramel, chocolate covered fudge balls bought in a gift shop. I ate the hell out of those 😆

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/10/2025 20:55

I don’t really like chocolate - much prefer crisps

20bloodypounds · 09/10/2025 22:56

@FurForksSake I'm with you on the short person, small frame. Not many calories that we can eat each day (shit!!).

I try to do it by not eating breakfast, and then dividing my calories between lunch/brunch and dinner. As healthily as I can.

owlyboo · 09/10/2025 23:08

I think it’s tricky when everyone is such different heights/active but seems like everyone is smashing it! Hit my goal
early this month! @

Beautiful photos @Azuresky68 and @FurForksSake.

Have weighed and officially lost 100 lbs as of today. My BMI whilst has gone 17 points is still just in the obese category. But it will go down. I've faffed around these last 2 months really regarding weight loss and it has been slower than it should. But have got my head back in the game.
