We have all been on for over a year now

Last month the year before , we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

Some are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

Blowing baby dust your way to those who are ttc

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This year will almost be harder. To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

@Blondeshavemorefun yes, still a few pounds off my very end point. I keep moving my target down a little as I’m feeling my tummy is still surprisingly podgy and I’d like to just see what that looks like. I decided I’d go up to 15mg for four weeks to see if I can get the last 5lbs off and then I’ll go back to 12.5 for 6-8 weeks and then start a taper. I’d love to be able to maintain in 2.5 and then go up to 3.75 if needed. That dose feels relatively affordable.

Blondeshavemorefun · 05/10/2025 15:16

Yes same. Or 5

Hope everyone has had a nice weekend. I’ve had a pretty quiet one. Met a friend for a long walk on Saturday then back to mine for some proseccos. Then another walk today and cooked a roast. View from my walk today ❤️

It really helps my mental health going out for walks. I feel like a caged hamster if I can’t get out!

FurForksSake · 06/10/2025 07:55

That does look gorgeous.

i love walking and I’m so sad I can’t do it this autumn, it’s my favourite time of year!

WorriedRelative · 06/10/2025 08:48

New low for me today, BMI 24!

Losses are slow but still happening, hoping to get to 23 before tapering. I have another 15mg to come but then will drop down.

Going to jab a day early this week so that next week I can jab before I leave on my hols and leave the pen at home. I don't want extra suppression on holiday!!! It is pretty high as it is!

Hope everyone is ok

Blondeshavemorefun · 06/10/2025 09:27

Yah @WorriedRelative. Well done. Def in the healthy range 🌟🌟

have a lovely holiday

@WorriedRelative woohoo!! Well done.

WorriedRelative · 06/10/2025 13:48

Thanks both! Feels like a good milestone

poppym12 · 06/10/2025 18:24

I had a pleasant surprise today. Currently in the Canaries and decided to go to the city to have a look around the shops. All of the things I picked up in Zara to try on were too big so I had to fetch smaller sizes. This never happens. Especially in Zara. Especially in Zara in Spain!!!

FurForksSake · 06/10/2025 18:31

Woohoo! What a lovely surprise!

I’ve got some walking trousers to try on, glossing over my inability to walk… and I’m hoping the 10s fit, they usually come up so small so I’m a bit dubious.

I’ve been super nauseous the last two days, I’m trying to work out if it’s the 15mg. I had to use two syringes and two pens and I’m wondering if I’ve done a bit more than intended.

Blondeshavemorefun · 06/10/2025 20:26

Fan nsv @poppym12

sounds like you maybe have jab a little too much @FurForksSake

Is there anything I can do for myself? I’ve got to go to hydro tomorrow and it costs a fortune. I’ll have to push through. DH is in London tomorrow so I’ve got to get youngest to breakfast club, hide from the cleaner and manage the pre-teen and his recovery from minor surgery. I want to stamp my feet and do nothing.

owlyboo · 06/10/2025 20:30

@FurForksSakehopefully you’ll be able to get back to it soon. It’s so hard when you can’t do something you love. Autumn is definitely the best time for walking, the colours, temperature and crunchy leaves. Hope the nausea eases quickly!

well done @WorriedRelativeenjoy your hols.

great nav @poppym12enjoy your holiday.

nothing much to report from me, just worked and walked… same old!

oh I did have my Botox done on Thursday and it’s kicking in now. Been over a year since I last had it as had to forgo it for MJ ah to have a smooth head again 🤣

PoemsForTea · 06/10/2025 20:48

@poppym12 Ace 🥰

Azuresky68 · 07/10/2025 11:29

@Blondeshavemorefun @20bloodypounds @FurForksSake @Motnight @MabelSpan @PoemsForTea @Timetochange24 @WorriedRelative @morbidcuriosity @owlyboo @poppym12 just checking in and saying hi to recent posters. Well done on maintaining, losing and for NSV's. Happy holidays too. I am away for another 10 days in the lovely sunshine. Been doing an average of 12.5k steps a day, despite back pain. Eating wisely and not had a single ice cream or chips! Had good suppression on 10 mg. I am hoping to eventually maintain on 5 mg 🤞

FurForksSake · 07/10/2025 11:41

Morning @Azuresky68 hope you are having a lovely time in the sunshine!

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/10/2025 11:47

Such a long holiday. Very envious @Azuresky68

OP posts:
morbidcuriosity · 07/10/2025 13:18

enjoy your holiday @Azuresky68 . I still seem to be maintaining here, ive got 2 more jabs of 10mg, then got to decide whether to do another 10 pen or try the 7.5.. ill decide on the jab day.

MabelSpan · 07/10/2025 13:21

@Azuresky68 Enjoy the rest of your holiday! With all that walking, I think you deserve an ice cream, but well done on not giving in to temptation, like I would!

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/10/2025 17:14

@morbidcuriosity be brave and go down with me

OP posts:
Azuresky68 · 07/10/2025 20:21

@Blondeshavemorefun and @morbidcuriosity my aim is to go down to 7.5 even though I have 3 x 10 pens. Will decide after the holiday....10 seems so expensive at new prices 😫

Azuresky68 · 07/10/2025 20:27

First one is in my £6 Temu dress...love a bargain!

You look fab! And the dress is a total bargain!

i wore my Temu jumper today, it looked tiny and i was worried it would be too small, it isn’t.
