We have all been on for over a year now

Last month the year before , we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

Some are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

Blowing baby dust your way to those who are ttc

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This year will almost be harder. To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

Hi there. Is anyone up to date with Oushk? I ordered 3 pens before price hike and it seems like there's a whole new system in place thats confused the hell out of me! So £25 off if you are on maintenance and until tomorrow 1p postage BUT do you have to pay to be on maintenance plan? I just can't figure it out 😱

Blondeshavemorefun · 30/09/2025 22:34

FurForksSake · 30/09/2025 21:29

That does sound nice, is it a stew?

Yeah like a gravey carrot meat thing. Very nice. Felt like a treat

well was Aldi posh 😂

I don’t know

I have a stash so not buying anymore

assume if they can do free postage they will again another time

makes you wonder if many aren’t using O and they have too much stock ….

Is this Oushk relaunching their maintenance packages? I'm finding it all a bit complicated and putting my head in the sand. I think I've got an order for Friday but not 100% sure it's been approved.

@Blondeshavemorefun what a huge difference since last summer. Don't cringe - celebrate and be proud of yourself!

Aldi posh is so much cheaper and nicer than other supermarkets i have Lidl over here in Fuerteventura. We are self catering and have been sticking with salad and chicken etc. 1 egg on toast with mushrooms for breakfast. Swapped bread for 2 ryvitas and ham or light cream cheese for lunch.

Azuresky68 · 01/10/2025 13:35

There's a good offer with Oushk if you order today. You have to sign up for maintenance plan. It's very well explained on another thread. Will see if can work out how to copy link....

Azuresky68 · 01/10/2025 13:38

Can't work out how to share link! Its the one called 'another calm and supportive thread to discuss.......'

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/10/2025 13:44

Think I have panicking and this is what they’re doing is wonderful OFFER I have four pens in the fridge so I’m not gonna bother it and I can’t really afford it.

But I assume in 3/4 months time they will do the same thing or all this would’ve blown over slightly and it will be a little bit easier to do

I want 7.5 obviously I’m gonna do this for 2 to 3 months and then I may try 5 out of a 7.5 to see how I do now obviously if I do well out of that then I might be sneaky and actually order a 10 because I can cause I’m on 7.5 at the moment so say that I’m going upbut use it as a five so it will be double the dosage normally for half the cost does that make sense?

This is all been done by voice text and I’m driving so I don’t know if it actually will make sense when it’s written down.

Azuresky68 · 01/10/2025 15:05

Just looked at ordering 7 5 pen from Oushk but it doesn't seem a great price 😕 this includes paying £5 for maintenance then 1 p postage ....might leave it in my basket?

Pharmolous are £214 for 7.5

so no. Not a good deal

FurForksSake · 01/10/2025 15:08

I didn’t get one this time, I’ve got four and one ordered for November. The last offer was better. But I’ve signed back up for maintenance so that I can get the £25 off and hope for another offer in December to keep my stocks up.

How do you get the £25 offer? I guess it's OK to sign up for maintenance as I have £16 points

Just had a look at the oushk.. it says £5 for maintenence. Is that right . I was already on their maintenance plan, now I gotta pay? .
I don't actually need a pen, but thought I would look see how much they were..

FurForksSake · 01/10/2025 15:51

There was always some fee for maintenance, but I could never work out if I paid it! I believe it’s a one off fee to join the scheme.

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/10/2025 16:37

I think it wiser to be £15 a month

tbh I’m quite happy with pharmolous. They will keep on their books happily with low bmi and restart me if I do decide to come off within a year of last order

OP posts:
morbidcuriosity · 01/10/2025 16:58

My plan was to go to pharmolous, I emailed them saying I had pens but would like to come to them and they said yeah that's fine as long as I have proof.. and they seem OK price wise. Think I'll just wait and do that in couple months..

Just thought I'd check out oushk cos if there is a good deal then I would try.. but doesn't seem to be.

Yes it's £5 one off fee. I used my points to pay for it but haven't ordered a pen. Will keep my options open, as @Blondeshavemorefun says there are better offers around. eg Pharmulous
