We have all been on for over a year now

Last month the year before , we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

Some are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

Blowing baby dust your way to those who are ttc

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This year will almost be harder. To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

Blondeshavemorefun · 29/09/2025 09:31

Poppy yay well done getting a healthy BMI. @poppym12

Morbid great that you are maintaining within a few pounds @morbidcuriosity

Slim I hope the stresses end soon @Slimhopes

Sorry about the period pains @FurForksSake

I’m still very hungry. I’ve had beans on toast for breakfast and some fruit so I’m not hungry now but I’m definitely waking up hungry at 7.5.

I'm away for a week on Wednesday so hopefully won't cause too much damage. Just read that @Azuresky68 is away too - I might bump into her if she's in her favourite place 😊

Blondeshavemorefun · 29/09/2025 14:49

I think I prefer the first, but I think the second might be more “you” based on the previous dresses. Both are lovely and seem to fit well!

morbidcuriosity · 29/09/2025 15:19

Ok. An opinion from someone who doesn't wear dresses.. the one on the left . So I would probably stick to your choice of the one on the right. Lol

But I love the colour, I just got a nice t shirt in that colour..

morbidcuriosity · 29/09/2025 15:29

Just sorting out some more clothes.. and thought I'd share these pictures with you lot as you all will understand and know how happy this makes me..

Ooh that’s satisfying!

I put a pair of jeans on at the weekend and realised they were far too big. Then I realised they were DHs and felt silly. And then I realised at my biggest they definitely wouldn’t have fitted. And then I felt sad 😆😆

20bloodypounds · 29/09/2025 16:18

@FurForksSake I did a little victory dance the first time my weight was less than my skinny 6ft 2 dh.

Blondeshavemorefun · 29/09/2025 18:14

Yes I weigh less than ex dh

I caveat this by the reminder that I am very short. My SIL is also very short and we were talking about her losing weight after one on the kids was born. She told me with horror that she got up to 12st7, “more than an adult man!” That’s always stayed with me because for more of my adult life than not I’ve weighed more than that 😆 I was very pleased to get below “adult man” and below my husband, who is very muscular but also overweight.

owlyboo · 30/09/2025 00:53

Another hike today. Loving this weather still! Will be so sad when it gets wet!

Prefer the one on the right but both are nice. A 4 day week for us so today is my manic Monday 😆
Thank goodness for meal prepping or today's food choices wouldn't be good. The hunger is definitely increasing as I come off mj but thats where I suppose I need to use some common sense and not go back to choosing chocolate!

FurForksSake · 30/09/2025 09:47

Braved the scales this morning, 8st6! So that means I’m averaging losing 0.5lbs a week in a very lumpy bumpy way.

I’ll continue to keep things how they are until January, then I’ll go on to maintaining and reducing my doses. I really want to get down to maintaining on 2.5 if I can and going up a little if and when I need to.

morbidcuriosity · 30/09/2025 12:26

I used to get my clothes from asda and tesco just standard jeans or trousers as they always had waist 42 and 44 . (Mens trousers have better pockets) .
Just been to try grab some as not got a lot of clothes that fit and wow.. all too big. Now that's a problem I never thought I would have.

Gonna have to start shopping in normal people shops! Ha.

@Blondeshavemorefunboth dresses are really nice...why not get one in a different colour?

Azuresky68 · 30/09/2025 13:44

Will post a few holiday outfit photos at some point. It's so nice to feel slim on my holiday and wear what I like. My other half is being really careful what he eats and he has lost nearly a stone...all off his tummy. He never had to worry about what he ate until he retired a couple of years ago. He's looking good 😜

poppym12 · 29/09/2025 08:33

Morning. Hope you're all well. I'm still around and reading but not posting very often.

However, my BMI is finally under 25. This last few lbs are proving to be pretty stubborn!

Congratulations and well done 💐

I know exactly where you are! Enjoy ☀️. We're off to the South again as the scuba diving club is better apparently (makes no odds to me as long as I have a comfy bed and a beach).

Blondeshavemorefun · 30/09/2025 15:00

Slinky you @owlyboo !!

and @morbidcuriosity

thanks ladies sorry missed your pic Fab nsv.

this was me at a wedding last June so June 24. size 20 dress

When I compare them I do cringe 😳😳😢😢

@Blondeshavemorefun the dress you have chosen looks fab - what a great style to show off your waist.

I was out for lunch today and ate a lot, so will only have something light this evening. Got a GP appointment tomorrow (routine bloods and BP) so definitely nothing sweet or carby or alcohol tonight. I am fully expecting a clean bill of health. Fingers crossed.

Blondeshavemorefun · 30/09/2025 18:00

Lunch out sounds yummy !

I have doc all tom about my blood results so be interesting what They show

Hope all is good with yours @20bloodypounds
