We have all been on for over a year now

Last month the year before , we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

Some are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

Blowing baby dust your way to those who are ttc

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This year will almost be harder. To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

Oh @FurForksSake. Sorry to hear that. Hopefully it’s just fatty tissue or benign

eat the minstrels. It’s medicinal

and you got to 8-7. Well done

I’m so hungry at the moment
had pie and mash for lunch

kebab with a friend for tea - was yummy

im trying to gain again as don’t want to be 10-4
I got to 7s loss but I don’t think I look good at that weight

i want to be 10-10 / 11

but may be ok at 10-7 ish as seem to hover there but that’s on 10

Thanks guys, fingers crossed it will all be benign and I can forget about it.

i had some minstrels but was good and out them away. They were very medicinal.

WorriedRelative · 24/09/2025 22:42

Thinking of you and crossing my fingers for you @FurForksSakeit is so worrying, I had a suspect skin lesion removed earlier this year and the wait for the results was awful. So you have my sympathy, I hope your results are negative xxx

Motnight · 25/09/2025 07:09

Best wishes to you @FurForksSake.

WitchDancer · 25/09/2025 08:32

I had another look at posh Aldi today and got these. 600c and 454

looked at the posh max cheese again and still just under 800c 😂😂 so can’t justify that

@Blondeshavemorefun trying another one tonight. Will post photo. I am impressed with Aldi ready meals. Not really tried them before apart from the awful protein ones!
Been making frittatas in my air fryer after your omelette suggestions. 3 eggs plus a tbsb milk, onions, red pepper and peas. Next day it was with mushrooms and onions. Today it was 3 eggs, Greek yoghurt and frozen blueberries.. all yummy. Cooked 10 minutes at 180 then covered with foil for another 5/10 mins. Tested middle with skewers. Last one took longer as it was more runny with yoghurt. That one could be a dessert..like baked custard

Blondeshavemorefun · 25/09/2025 13:00

Yog and eggs ?

Yes...just a bit more solid....but your omelette sounds like a frittata with ham and cheese 😅😅

Yes...lovely 👍

FurForksSake · 25/09/2025 14:13

Did you ever make the slimming world crust less quiche? I’ve lived on that for lunches at times. It’s eggs, cottage cheese, reduced fat cheese and then fillings. It works really well but can stick!

No. Frittata is similar to crustless quiche but you don't becessarily have cottage cheese in.
Slimming World crustless quiche is great for upping the protein. I sometimes add tinned salmon to it.

BBC Good Food has a few frittata recipes.
A tortilla has potatoes in but it doesn't matter as long at it tastes good 😊

I am loving getting recipe ideas and recommendations for ready meals on here. Will soon be slow cooker casserole and soup season!
