At the end of W4 and going to attempt golden dose tomorrow by twisting pen. I ordered 2.5mg and 5mg to beat Sept price increases. So I will be doing 2.5mg for another two weeks. I hope the suppression continues. I have extra needles for the pen so I can up the dose to 3mg or inject every 5 days if 2.5mg stops working.
I have had times of genuine hunger but that is because I have genuinely needed to eat food.

Really pleased with 12lb off in 4 weeks. Have also put on muscle and lost inches, can’t wait to see body composition scan on Wednesday when I go back to endocrinologist.
When I was first scanned by endocrinologist a month ago I had 43.6% body fat, and 20% visceral fat (healthy visceral fat levels should be under 10%) My BMI was by 30.6 (obese). The only good thing was my muscle mass was 27% - in the healthy range. I used this to explain how I had indeed been training. And I showed my food log apps to show I had indeed been eating healthy. Yet the weight wouldn’t come off (menopause, Hashimotos thyroid autoimmune condition).
Hoping there is an improvement in my body composition stats as I have been working SO hard. Anyone who thinks MJ is “cheating” can do one. I’ve exercised hard and often, logged, prioritized water and sleep. Just like I have done over and over throughout my life when trying to lose weight.
The difference is, this time my efforts are getting the results they deserve.
Truly a game changer
