@TheZingyFish congratulations on your workout! Everytime you do it, it will get eaiser. Set small goals, very small doable goals.
There's something called the "just" method.
And it gives you slow steps towards doing something, especially something you might not always want to do, such as exercise.
For example, if I don't want to exercise, but it's time. I say "just" put on my workout clothes. "just drive to the gym and sit in the carpark" . "just" watch the workout on YouTube (I don't have to get up). Guess what, after watching a few mins, then yes I'm exercising. It might not be the best or fastest but it's done and that's the point.
Not every exercise has to be a personal record.
For everyone, don't get into a trap of getting everything absolutely perfect. If you mess up with food in the morning, don't make a morning turn into a full bad day. If you miss your window of exercise, do a shorter workout or do what you can.
