Anyone managed to contact them by phone recently? There's no answer for me. Just worried as my order has been approved that I ordered last week but not dispatched and I'm going on holiday this weekend, so if it doesn't arrive by Friday there will be no one to accept it. Emails taking ages to be replied to as well.

Hi everyone!

I'm new to IQ Doctor, I placed an order for 2 x 15mg bundle in the afternoon on the 14th August, I uploaded all photos they requested the same day. And haven't heard back since.

Everyone keeps mentioning they can see their order status getting changed - where are you seeing this? Sorry, I'm a new customer of theirs and I've no idea where to look!

Yep, but I can't see anything that relates to the order status apart from "Mounjaro (tirzepatide) Injection
Prescribed: Branded - 2 Pens (Step up dose 15mg / Weeks 21-24)" - is this that's going to change when the order progresses through the system?

Mine had a red writing ( green now)with the words in. As in below.

Mine just turned up. 10 mg ordered 16/8/25 long term existing customer. Fingers crossed anyone else still waiting gets theirs soon.

Those whose orders are now marked as completed, have you had tracking info from Royal Mail yet?
I won’t be happy until I know they have it.

@Snozzlemaid I was the same. Got the tracking number a couple of hours after confirmation. In the end I actually ended up going from confirmation to sat at my house n about 18 hours so very efficient once they actually sent it!

I have my Royal Mail email - being delivered today.
phew! Thought it wasn’t going to arrive before we’re away next week.

They are really pissing me off now. Asked me again if I want 5mg or a refund. I had asked if they saw my proof of prescription in the last 4 weeks but they just set my ticket to awaiting my reply. Now they know I have had 12.5mg sent to me two weeks ago it's till step down to 5mg or a refund due to gap I treatment

Ahh thats crazy. All because not in the 4 weeks.

My parcel is at local delivery DPD depot.

They have definitely been questioning gaps more this time. I’ve never been asked about this from them before, when I’ve ordered elsewhere for a pen and had a gap. Usually a photo of box label is enough but I had to give full details on when I’d taken each dose from that pen as well

Oh annoyingly I got the ‘it’s reorder time’ email to let them know my weight etc. ffs chaps, you know I got 2 pens from you less than a week ago.

I will respond just so I keep options going but honestly.

also I tried to cancel juniper (got my pen yesterday) but it won’t let me. I am hoping just because it was delivered on a weekend so the system hasn’t recognised have it (I got ‘you can’t cancel when it’s with the delivery company’ as a reason).
