Anyone managed to contact them by phone recently? There's no answer for me. Just worried as my order has been approved that I ordered last week but not dispatched and I'm going on holiday this weekend, so if it doesn't arrive by Friday there will be no one to accept it. Emails taking ages to be replied to as well.

On their website it says "Due to an exceptionally high volume of orders, processing for Mounjaro may take longer than usual."
So I guess they're just v busy

I ordered, as an existing customer on 17/08 and its still pending
As OP says they have stated orders are taking longer than usual but I think their customer service has been poor

  • no comms with existing customers
  • the first, I think, to remove their discount
  • until 17/08 would not let me order early, despite the increase in demand, and were holding me to normal date of 21/08
  • Last month they ran out of 12.5mg

Once I get this order, for 10mg, as they are OOS for 12.5 and 15mg, I will be looking elsewhere

I managed to get a phone call.. 20 mins ringing and answered.. they said they should get stock today or tomorrow and all approved will be sent out today or tomorrow so look out on your app.
Mine is order assembly and they said it will be done.. but not done yet so I'm hoping it gets sent tomorrow.. she said it should get sent Friday for Saturday delivery if not it will be after the Bank Holiday..

I have 10mg pen waiting..

Mine has apparently been dispatched now, so praying it arrives tomorrow before I go away - I ordered Thursday 14th at 3pm.

Ooo when did you get notice it changed? Mine still order assembly. I'm hoping that means they got their stock delivered.

I got an email this morning at about 5am saying order updated and it had been dispatched! Fingers crossed yours isn't far behind!

i am getting a bit annoyed now. I ordered last Thursday night and have been order assembly since last Friday. I am actually not in a rush as have a few doses in my pen but I would just like some communication to say it’s on its way even if I do have to wait another few days. I may try and call tomorrow

Dam it, mine still says Order Assembly.. doesn't look like I'm getting it before bank holiday then. next week maybe, I wanted to know as i will try order another from somewhere else before sept..

Mine too @morbidcuriosity. I don’t mind really as I have a few weeks but I just want to know I am getting it. That’s the frustrating part - if it was please don’t worry, you’ll definitely get it next week, that’s all I need really.

So I phoned and spoke again just now.. she said they are dispatching some, if I get notice before 3pm it should come tomorrow if not it will be sent out Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.. Great I'm working all day Wednesday. But I'll redirect to post office hopefully. But she said if its order assembly then it will be fine..
So still have a bit of hope for before 3pm if not then next week it is..

I still plan to move as I think IQ have been very poor in how they have managed this sad little saga... Whip off the discount code and sit back is a pretty poor comms strategy!

@myladyjane nope.. still order assembly.. now im looking at other places and think the 10 is about 190 quid.. just really hope IQ Doctor pull through, it would be really shitty of them to keep our money over a week then not send it.
I was also late thursday about 10pm i ordered.

I ordered last Friday morning , had email today saying it will be delivered tomorrow so 7 days to approve & 8 days to deliver

My best friend ordered about an hour before me ,
paid £16 for next day delivery due to a holiday and she has heard nothing either , so strange that they’re not just trying to get orders out in order if you know what I mean , mine was a 12.5 , not sure is that’s relevant , maybe different stock levels x

12.5 , my best friend ordered 7.5 but that's not been fulfilled or even looked at and she was before me

kinda glad you didn't order 10mg and get it already, that makes me feel maybe 10 is the stock issue..

bit rubbish about the money for next day delivery, hope she claims it back from them!!

I had a 10 in my fridge from 2 months ago , I moved up to 12.5 and thought I’d use when I taper back down , I’ve lent it to my sister as her delivery was delayed, it’s like a bloody drug dealing cult , so many of my friends are taking it we even have a group chat about it on WhatsApp …
we are all ordering pens left right and centre to see what turns up , it’s an actual addiction 😬
