Anyone managed to contact them by phone recently? There's no answer for me. Just worried as my order has been approved that I ordered last week but not dispatched and I'm going on holiday this weekend, so if it doesn't arrive by Friday there will be no one to accept it. Emails taking ages to be replied to as well.

@myladyjane did you get your yet? If not are you holding out hope they send today or at least get some communication. They still have my money and still says order assembly.

Hah @morbidcuriosity I just popped on to see if you had heard. Nothing yet. I have a fairly meeting clear day so I was planning on trying to call now. Will update if I get through

I've just made an order with juniper now too, apparently you can just cancel after your first pen..
Incase IQ fail us!

So 45 mins on hold and no answer

i have emailed as well and the auto response says 2 days to respond.

So massively frustrating. I can wait if I know what’s happening - I still have 3 doses. I will look at juniper but what I don’t want to happen is to have 3 pens - I know I can click count etc but I was hoping to start titrating down fairly soon and this is making me feel stressed and unable to plan :(

45 mins.. Well done, I gave up after 25.. yeah I know what you mean. But I want another one at non crazy prices, so I ordered juniper.. if I end up with 3 pens then that will probably be my lot as I've just starting maintaining now.. so it will see me through and I'll click and do less on the last 2 pens..

But I just want to know if they gonna send or refund as I would rather it just be sorted either way.. hate not knowing..

Wow.. just had email, its complete, should receive tracking soon, being dispatched today.. if only I had waited for the juniper one.. oh well, gonna be a pain prob to try cancel that one so I'll have both..

Juniper have taken my money so I guess it will go through, but that's fine I'm happy with more pens..

@myladyjaneyes all good thanks, got them 23 hours after dispatch. All very cold and 2 pens..
Juniper said my pics not good enough and they want more with belly showing.. I wasn't going to but thought sod it, it's another 10mg pen and will see me through so just sent them off.. but if not approved by Friday I'm gonna message to cancel, don't want to be stung for Sept prices..

I have a order with IQ Dr who was my last supplier. They said as I had gone over four weeks since my last order of 10 they would only give me five. I explained why yet it's still saying awaiting my response. But I was the last to talk in the chat?

I have put this into the chat, so now it's saying awaiting a reply from IQ. So let's see if that status changes back today to waiting for me. I have told them if they waiting for information from me, to state exactly what is it they are waiting for.

What gets to me is the lack of honesty. I have now got 4 orders stuck with four suppliers who said they had stock at the time of order and no pen at all.

Bolt has confirmed they don't have stock but honor my order when they do. ID Dr and MedExpress are saying nothing so I tried with Juniper yesterday- nothing. I can't even cancel orders yet as I need one pen at least.

I'm almost relieved there will be no stock until September or I might look for somewhere else with stock and have 5 stock orders. At least I'm at peace with no pen at all until early September now.

But it's such a crap way to treat customers. If they set my query back to waiting on me without replying what they are waiting on. Feel like typing .....?

I emailed them this morning as we’re going on holiday on Monday and I was really concerned it would arrive whilst we’re away.
The order is now showing as order being assembled after being under review for 10 days.
Fingers crossed they dispatch it soon so it arrives before I go away.

@Snozzlemaid After reading your post I thought I would chase IQ by email too. Within 20 minutes of me sending the email my order status has also changed from Pending to Order assembly. This is my first order with IQ, so I am not familiar with their order status. Hopefully, that means it is being packed and sent out today?

Makes you wonder how long they would have sat on it if it wasn't chased up... I find it hard to believe that this was a coincidence.

I have had this with them once before. No movement of the order and then when chased it’s sent quite quickly.
At first they were always very quick but I guess they’ve got busier and especially over the last couple of weeks.
