@Itisallgoingtobeok certainly go down to 2.5mg, but if you still feel the same then why don't you stop all together for a while? It doesn't have to be for ever just until you get at least some interest in food back again. Also, it is possible that before you started MJ your metabolism was a bit f'ked. It is likely that now, at goal weight, it is working like a normal metabolism should, feeling hungry, then feeling satiated when you've eaten. It may be that at your current weight you don't need MJ to regulate your appetite?
On other threads I've seen a couple of people who kept on losing beyond their goal weight when they were trying to maintain.
And try adding healthy fats to things to up the calories a bit of mayonniase on a chicken sandwich, sardines on toast, avocado or guacamole, full fat greek yogurt with nuts and seeds for breakfast, olives and nuts to nibble on.
I am on 2.5mg - alternating one month on and one month off to get back in touch my real feelings and needs, while still having the MJ safety net (which really helped me avoid the Christmas excesses and sugary stuff). When I'm taking MJ I find that I can quite easily be put off foods - feeling a bit yuk about things that I'd previously have enjoyed. I've become quite a picky eater, it feels like some of the enjoyment of food goes away. I still think I'm excited by food and have enjoyed planning and cooking over the festive period, but it doesn't take much of a wrong texture or taste to have me pushing things away, Reassuringly my interest and enjoyment come back when I'm not on MJ, and I seem to be managing OK with my appetite.
