Lots of very useful discussions going on on the old thread, so I thought I would continue it!

I don't know I'm afraid. They seem dead helpful on the customer services front tho, so maybe send an email

What's the name of the discount code widget you use please? Thanks

It’s Coupert. It’s just a shame that at the moment many, if not all sites are not allowing discount codes on MJ but hopefully that’ll change after September 1st.

I've just seen elsewhere that medicine marketplace won't prescribe to me because I have hypothyroidism so that's disappointing.

I have it too. It’s not relevant for these meds, so I just click no with my supplier. I’ve never had a problem doing that.

Fatbride · 23/08/2025 00:17

@StrikeForever I've always been honest about it and had no issues ordering from Med express, Pharmacy2u or IQ doctor but several posters on Reddit have said they tried clicking no and Medicine Marketplace checked their summary care record and refused and refunded them. The only supplier I've had decline me was Numan at the start of my journey as they said my BMI was too high and to contact my GP which I found really annoying and disheartening.

FoxRedPuppy · 23/08/2025 10:02

I take a medication that means med express won’t take me, but lots of others do. I think because some use doctors and others prescribing pharmacists and I think the risk level is deemed differently.

I've just bought ftom Juniper (earlier this week). £154 for 7.5mg. I rate them, service was excellent. Just screenshot the attached - all showing as in stock.

I have a £75 voucher code for them if anyone is buying.

Could you please DM me your discount code. Thank you.

Goingincirclesstill · 23/08/2025 12:23

I have just been turned down by Boots.....because I joined from another company and they couldn't prove my original start weight! I have been on it nearly a year, lost 7.5 stone, been with one other company all the way through and could have shown them all my order history. I may have sent them a snotty email to say that was extremely poor customer service, oh and to leave my waiting for 6 days...and probably was because they were just waiting for the prices to increase and would be likely to accept me then.....still have no next pen though!!

WeAllHaveWings · 23/08/2025 12:52

3 Oushk orders (when allowed/suggested), all approved by Monday, all due Wednesday and 2 had tracking information on Tuesday but after waiting in, turned out they weren't shipped until Wednesday.

It's been like groundhog day with the same postie showing up with the same parcels Thursday, Friday and final one this morning!

Glad they are in now and no more hanging about wondering if a delivery will show up!

WeAllHaveWings · 23/08/2025 13:02

@Goingincirclesstill Oushk got challenged on that during their GPhC inspection - they were told previous prescribing was not enough evidence that transferring patients with a now ineligible BMI were originally eligible for the medication.

Doesn't help you now (sorry), but for anyone still over BMI 30 it is worth getting that independently verified - somehow - and keep for evidence just in case you want to switch providers in the future. I have a copy of my November annual health check from my Dr which shows height, weight and eligible BMI 36 (starting BMI was much higher).

Goingincirclesstill · 23/08/2025 13:19

@WeAllHaveWings But surely if that's the approach they need to take.....why not stop me at the point of the initial questionnaire? Wasted my time doing all of that - Sending pictures and new weight, prescriptions etc then waited 6 days for any message whatsoever ever and I had to contact them to ask where it was at. They could have stopped that and not held my money for 6 days by sorting their system earlier.....that's what mostly annoyed me!

MontysMissus · 23/08/2025 13:51

Sincerest apologies if this has already been asked...
Are there any companies left that allow you to order multiple pens as a new customer. My provider, Phlo Clinic, tells me they only offer one at a time now.

WeAllHaveWings · 23/08/2025 13:51

@Goingincirclesstill absolutely agree, wish none of the pharmacies took money until orders accepted/approved and/or had better consultations to indicate clearer if they are going to supply before allowing you to proceed.

The 6 days delay must be frustrating, and is unacceptable, maybe a couple of days or so slightly understandable in the current chaos but 6 sounds extreme.

I was just trying to share that the evidence Boots is now asking for might become standard for transferring patients so worth anyone trying to obtain/keep.

I suppose then people might fill in loads of consultations and then cancel orders. For the company they are paying someone to review consultations with no financial gain.

I've just asked Juniper if I can order next month's pen straight away (got my 7.5mg pen as a new customer this week). It's not the same as ordering two at the same time, but by dashboard does give me the option to request the order early - which I've done.

I'll let you know what they say.

MontysMissus · 23/08/2025 14:14

Thank you.

MontysMissus · 23/08/2025 15:25

Failing that, has anyone successfully ordered from more than one provider at once? Cheers x

I have ordered from 5 companies last Friday ( thankyou credit card ) 2 cancelled , 2 pens received & still awaiting a decision from zava .
the companies that sent are IQ DOCTOR & Farmacie ,
the no were pharmacy2u & boots
I think boots declined me because of my BMI though as it’s under 27 now. P2U only supplying to existing customers , not sure if that’s dose specific , I wanted 12.5

Chemist4U were certainly offering bundles last week, not sure what stock they still have but worth a look

Pinkpelicanwinstherace · 23/08/2025 15:45

Does anyone know of any providers taking on new people on 15 mg
I've tried a few and they say no 15 mg for new people

AgathaCristina · 23/08/2025 17:23

My dose will be 80 pounds more expensive. I can still afford it. I've lost 14 kilos from 80 to 65, my idea is to stop or just buy 2.5mg when I arrive to 60 kilos. How long do you need to do maintenance? Or should I don't do maintenance at all when I arrive to my goal weight? I'm eating healthy and doing exercise, just not snacking on sugary things thanks to mounjaro.

Yeah I need the same. Just tried to register with Phlo and had to do the whole form only to find they will only prescribe the 2.5 starter dose 😞

Time4changeagain · 23/08/2025 18:41

@SwitchingUpWLI @Pinkpelicanwinstherace
Have you tried Juniper? Or maybe your local pharmacy

LifeOfAShowGirl · 23/08/2025 18:53

My pens from Oushk have arrived, and with them, 17 needles 🤣 I’ve somehow ended up with a huge surplus of needles. I’m not too sure what to do with them!

Please @Trinck I know these are difficult times but stop spamming threads with your voucher codes - it's clogging up what are interesting discussions. The discount thread is still active if you want to post there.
