Lots of very useful discussions going on on the old thread, so I thought I would continue it!

Gets pretty good reviews on trustpilot

https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.pharmacy2u.co.uk

Sorry that was meant to be in reply to a question about Pharmacy 2U

Orangesandlemons77 · 15/08/2025 20:09

Pharmacy2U
Established in 1999, Pharmacy2U is the UK’s largest NHS contracted pharmacy. Regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council, Pharmacy2U provides a repeat prescription service trusted by tens of thousands of patients and an Online Doctor service run by UK-based doctors.

Orangesandlemons77 · 15/08/2025 20:11

Sounds like I am advertising that pharmacy or something- I'm not! Just found that out and thought it might help someone.

ChangingWeight · 15/08/2025 20:23

This might sound silly but after hearing this, I’m so so so thankful to Medexpress and their old referral scheme.

I think I only paid £170 in actual cash for my first and last orders. I got plenty of free pens inbetween due to large amounts of account credit via their referral scheme. I can’t remember how much they gave in total, but they did invite me to their affiliate scheme if that has a known threshold and I don’t have any credits left.

I don’t order Mounjaro anymore, but it’s clear that my Mounjaro experience would be very different had I started in September 2025 as opposed to summer 2024. I feel really sorry for anymore who will no longer be able to continue with it before they’ve reached a healthy weight due to the cost increasing.

Strider55 · 15/08/2025 20:25

@chipsticksmammy I really rate Zava as a supplier, I stayed with them for quite a while as I was very lucky to have a few people use my discount code so it made it more affordable than switching.

MyHeartyCoralSnail · 15/08/2025 20:27

Just a message for those who are worried about a delay in getting their next dose on time I had to come off the injection for about 6 weeks due to a virus. I maintained fine then stayed at a lower dose. So you will be fine if you need to take a short break. In fact I might think about going 4 weeks break for 2 then back on for 4. Effectively 3 months for price of 2.

SwitchingUpWLI · 15/08/2025 20:36

(This is my first order with them so is not a recommendation just wanted to share they have stock and the order seems to be processing fine)

How will this work for the reordering window for your pharmacy, please (ie having to order every month)? I like this idea.

In a very typical turn of events, it’s jab day, I’ve committed to 15mg for my next three pens and I can’t stomach food. MADDENING!😭

This happened to me everyday for 5 weeks, been far too strong, ive been struggling to eat, managed 700-850 cals a day for 5 weeks and I did the 0.7ml bonus dose (I'm an idiot!). Strange thing is 12.5 was wearing off after 7 weeks, most doses have wore off quickly for me, but 15mg was super strong throughout. Just finished it, due to jab today, going to wait for tomorrow then use the 15mg pen in my fridge to taper down, will start with 12.5mg then 10mg after 3 weeks. I have 2 x 10mg pens on way and will use them for lower doses. Have you thought of doing that to use up the 15 pen?

LifeOfAShowGirl · 15/08/2025 20:43

JustPinkFinch · 15/08/2025 20:05

You have to wonder whether stocks of Wegovy are resilient enough for this. And as it gets short in supply, what will happen to pricing.

In reality though, I suspect most people will stick to MJ and some adjust their dosing.

I won’t be going to wegovy. 2.4mg of wegovy is £270 - the same as 15mg of Mounjaro at MMP. If the 7.2mg is brought to market like they’re saying, how expensive will that be?!

I’ve still got a ways to go. I’m going to see how 12.5 does for me until after my holiday and then may count clicks off one of my 15mg pens!

I looked at this today, but my BMI is under 30 so they wouldn't let me proceed to explain that I'm already on the injections. It all seemed very straightforward otherwise though.

chowmeinz · 15/08/2025 19:48

Where can we seek them please? I have just looked on their site and it says in the FAQ they dont have them yet

I must be wrong then, but the price is a bit higher than I currently pay and a price I spotted online for them.

I guess the new price with them will be higher again.

Damn it!

It does seem that a lot of pharmacies are rising prices before the September price spike

@JustPinkFinch That’s my plan, to carry on but adjust my dosages. I’m going to wait an extra day before jabbing & do 2.5mg until I hear from my pharmacy. Luckily I’ve got a month’s worth in the fridge (my jab day is Saturday usually) so if I eke it out and golden dose, I can create a little bit of a buffer for myself.

toodledo · 15/08/2025 20:56

@SwitchingUpWLI I can't find them on the GPHC register, are they definitely legit?

BewareTheHunted · 15/08/2025 20:58

Dp uses chemist4U only on month 3 at 5mg but have ordered a 7.5 from them today. I’ve also received their email now but they have definitely increased prices compared to previous orders

claudiawinklemansfringetrimmer · 15/08/2025 20:59

Managed to totally miss this over the past 24 hours, thankful this popped up on mums net for me!

Oushk are out of 10mg and 12.5mg already so I’ve ordered a couple of 10mg pens from Chemist4U. Seems to be processing ok so far. I had planned to start tapering down after Christmas but I think I will have to start once I’ve got through these as honestly the prices were already a stretch for me

Edited

I had several free pens when I started with Voy last summer, and also 60% off from referral credit since then which was really helpful on the higher doses as it meant 15mg was under £100. I've still got a lot of credit which they have told me I can still use or transfer over to wegovy as well. the offer has changed to £100 off each pen now not 60% off but it is still something.

They are registered. If you go on their about you page there's a link there from their registration number. 9012314

I ordered from them this afternoon and it seems to be going through fine.

sorry cross posted with @Southwest12

Arraminta · 15/08/2025 21:14

Has anyone had their order dispatched by Cloud yet? They confirmed my order straightaway last night, but have heard nothing since?

toodledo · 15/08/2025 21:17

Thank you @Southwest12 @Time4changeagain. I did the order as it was a tempting price however I've just seen the horrendous trustpilot reviews now saying orders don't come for weeks and you have to chase them...

JustPinkFinch · 15/08/2025 21:18

@SaintAgatha I'm part-way through a 5mg pen currently, doing 40 clicks (3.3ish), but finding myself feeling a bit meh on this dose. Not ill, but fatigued. I was going to push through but I think, given the new pricing, I will now roll back to 2.5mg and see if I can stick at that long term. Slow losses are fine with me vs reasonable energy levels.

LifeOfAShowGirl · 15/08/2025 21:20

So sad to see so many people online blaming the NHS for this. They don’t seem to understand that the NHS is what’s protecting us from this happening with all of our healthcare
