@DGonMJ your maintenance updates are really helpful- thanks! I think a high protein and fat based breakfast is def the way to go. If I’m really hungry I have 100g of full fat total yoghurt with flax, chia and maybe blueberries, not that calorific but filling.
@MJalltheway 🤞🏻for a whoosh for you. I have no clue about body fat but I’m definitely flabby still, I think I may stick with blissful ignorance for now!!!
