Catching up with everything, trying to read but struggle to post because by the time I get to the end I can't remember who I was supposed to reply to and the links aren't taking me to the last place I read from! Every now and again I write it all down, I guess that's what everyone else does?
@Polkadotdash I hope you're ok
@meatyryvita I agree craziness that now we are the ones people are reading about to decide whether to go for it. Mj was the best decision I made for myself!
@MJalltheway the way well done on the green. I've given up but hoping eventually I can gain muscle to improve my subcutaneous fat! I hope you feel better soon!
@2025istheyeari congratulations on the interview. Fingers crossed for you!! Go smash it. Nothing is holding you back now. Incredible weight loss!
@DGonMJ I hear you I am not sure I'm having proper meals but I'm having a lot of protein yoghurts and hifi bars. I need to eat proper food! Not really sure where to start as I don't want to gain and for the last 6 months lunch has been yoghurt and hifi bars, so now I'm just adding a few more 🙈 I will make a plan this weekend and follow it. The struggle is I'd planned protein wrap pizza but it takes too long to make when I can just grab a yoghurt (that's just an excuse but I think I need to start with something more grab and go and work towards things that require effort to make) suggestions welcome!!
Congratulations on the whoosh @Zempy
@TomorrowPenny good to hear from you, enjoy the holiday!
@HeidiNotSoHeavy I'm maintaining but wanted to lose 2 more pounds, it just doesn't want to happen but I also never thought I'd see this number on the scales so I'm not too bothered but it's definitely addictive! My jeans that were always my "I must slim into" jeans are loose, I'd say not too loose but I don't need to lose any more weight despite what my brain is telling me!
Congratulations on the age reduction @Jins and impressive bag restoration!
@BlueLimes spending money on you is an investment
@mince3point14159265 hopefully the plateau passes soon
@Thelittlestranger congratulations on getting to your goal. I'm jabbing 2.5 every week (I only went up to 5). Right now I definitely wouldn't want to increase number of days, personally I like sticking to 7 days I think any longer there would be too much suppression at the start and not enough at the end. I'm going to stay on 2.5 for a while and if weight is stable I might slowly start to drop down.
Hopefully I got everyone I must admit it was nice to comment on everyone and didn't take that much extra effort to write it all down so I will make more effort going forwards!
Looking forward to the weekend. Hopefully the scales are down and I can have some treats at the weekend. I need to figure out a better plan. I'm currently weighing daily and adjusting daily. I need to trust myself a bit more and try and extend it out a bit.
