I have the worst mental block with the spelling of this medication!! Almost did it wrong again but THINK it's correct now. Obviously 3rd time's the charm!!

Thank you @SunnySpellsAhead that’s good to know! As long as I’m losing weight on 2.5 I’m happy to stick with that. I just did my first injection so hopefully it’ll work!

After being an impatient so and so and on/off weighing myself during the week (need to stop that, there's a reason I don't weigh daily!), I'd convinced myself that I'd have put on this week or at least stayed the same...
So massive shock to see 2lb down!!! 🎉
Now at a total of 20lb in 7 weeks. Going to try 5mg next week. Although I'm still losing, food noise is creeping back in and my portion sizes are all over the place, so onwards and upwards to the next dose

I’m fretting. My BMI is down to 28 now and I’m with Asda who I think will cut me off at 24 so I did an order with Oushk. It’s supposed to be delivered on Thursday and I haven’t heard from them… but I’ve had a newsletter talking about weight verification calls and photos. I sent them my original photo which I’m now worrying is out of date (I was holding a sign with the date on). I’m happy to take different photos but wish they had been clear about what they wanted at the time of order and I don’t know how I’m going to manage the weight verification calls- I can’t really take my scales to work.. can I? Also I don’t know if I should book one - if I’m going to be rejected because my photos are five weeks old there’s not much point in doing the call. I really like the idea of their maintenance plan but their ordering process seems shambolic compared to Asda who were totally upfront about what was needed.

I was considering moving to Oushk too, specifically because of their maintenance plans. I saw all the verification requirements too, and I guess they have to be so careful to only prescribe appropriately.

W7d1 just done second 5mg jab. I’ve had no food noise all week so that’s been really great, and scales have started moving again 🥳

Hi, for those thinking of moving suppliers I just moved to LiveWell as they do maintenance. It was a very quick easy process. I filled in my details and then I had a video call where I stood on the scales, showed her my current pen & box with prescription on it and she asked a few questions. Totally pain free. I would recommend.

Thanks @QS90 for the new thread. Just finished catching up!…Great reading of everyone’s losses!

I jabbed a day early last week on Thursday instead of Friday as we were going to France for a few days.

After 2 weeks of around 3mg I went back down to 2.5mg. Partly as I was injecting a day early & partly because it was a big family trip and I was hoping I would be able to enjoy a few drinks as without I knew I would be in bed by 10pm 🤣
My family all know I am on WLI.

It worked perfectly! I still didn’t feel hungry but was able to drink each night and even enjoyed a French Patisserie & some pizza without any side effects.
I’m not expecting to lose this week but am happy with that. 😊

Will go back to Friday for injecting this week & back to 3mg.

i'm with them, you normally dont hear from them til they dispatch your order so probably tomorrow? The weigh verification thing you need to book, after july everyone will have to have one at some point but from what i gather its not BY july. Sure it'll be ok.
Also the weigh verification calls can be booked for weekends too, i've got one booked for mid june on a saturday.

The photo with the date on is a new thing, in the last month or so. Didn't need to do it on my last order

I ordered my next pen today, and interestingly one of the questions asked was if I was on oral HRT I needed to check with my prescriber as MJ can impact the absorption. I presume that’s related to the incidences of post-menopausal bleeding that many of us have noted.

I want to move too purely to get a discounted price. Medexpress have already messaged me to get my next pen ordered and since I provided my starting weight they’ve not asked for a weight update - my bmi is now 26.
I thought I’d just try a few different providers and if I get rejected I’ll have to pay the Medexpress price!
Chequp just asked what was the highest weight I’d ever been in my life and approved me. But I didn’t follow it with an order.

@Cerberus1808 I am with Oushk and several people have mentioned this weight verification thing and referred to a newsletter. I have the May newsletter but can see it in there - do you know where that info is please?

Did you see Hira Malik doing a 'live' on FB (she may have taken it down now - - she was very good - seems there are big plans for the website and development of an app so things aren't running as smoothly as they'd like at the moment.!

My Oushk journey continues to be a bit odd!!

I have now been approved which is fab. But then I got an email saying the delivery of my 2.5mg pen had been delayed due to low stock issues and my pen would now be coming on Saturday. The thing is I ordered and paid for a 5mg pen!! So not quite sure what they are sending me or when!

I’m also not sure I want to go up to 5mg. I’ve had a bit of food noise today but I think I was genuinely hungry - don’t think I’ve eaten too much… I’ve got another three doses of my current pen to go anyway so I’ll wait and see how I feel nearer the time. I’ll book a weight verification call once this pen arrives I think!

I moved to Oushk from med Express as I'm under 30 BMI now and wanted them for their maintenance. On the application it didn't ask for a photo with a date on so I just uploaded a picture of me with my face as requested. I then got the newsletter through - I've emailed them but I bet they are getting loads of questions through!

Pen is due on 23rd so I'm not stressing until I need to - hopefully I'll get approved.

They didn’t ask me for one with a date - they just asked for a recent photo but because I’m incredibly lazy and didn’t want to take my clothes off again I used the photo I’d taken to get my first pen which is about 6 wks old! Then I saw stuff about photos on the newsletter and got worried - but I’ve been approved so all good. You will hopefully be fine :)

im with oushk. Due to order third pen now. Just went on website after seeing some of the posts here (I haven’t had any emails from them) and the e earliest verification calls they have are in mid August. Does this mean I won’t be able to get more pens until I’ve done a call that they won’t have availability for? Is it likely will need to change provider?

Does anyone have a list of the places that support maintenance?

From what I can gather on the Facebook group no, I think you just have to have it at some point - I'm sure they'll be able to clarify if you get in touch with them. It's part of new regulations apparently that they need to verify you are who you say you are and your weight but I don't think they'll stop medication.
