I have the worst mental block with the spelling of this medication!! Almost did it wrong again but THINK it's correct now. Obviously 3rd time's the charm!!

Thought I'd get my size 16 clothes out this morning and was thrilled that most of them now fit perfectly and my favourite jeans were actually too big. Weirdly my measurements haven't moved much and I thought my 25lbs loss had come mainly from my face and boobs! But no, I've gone from a size 18/20 to 14/16 (depending on brands). I've still got 16lbs to lose before I'm no longer obese, but it almost feels normal :)

Help please. I really don't know whether to order my 3rd 5 pen or bite the bullet and go up to 7.5. I'm 11kg down... W11D2 and suppression is still good.. ..although eating slightly more in the evenings (no breakfast and usually a protein heavy and fruit lunch). I don't feel nauseous alot, just don't feel like eating much. No other side effects (not since week 3 of 1st 5 pen 🤢). I've 1 shot left and need to reorder.

If you are happy with suppression and you are losing well, I would stick with 5. Worse case you do more clicks to get to 7.5?

Thanks. I was thinking this. I'm with Med express and they want a consultation before stepping up to 7.5 so I might go with that. Maybe do the 1st jab at 5 again and then go up.

I’ve been feeling really hungry yesterday evening and today. It is the end of the week for me but I’ve never really noticed that I get hungry towards the end like others have. It is not a development that I like 🤣.

Wondering if the foof is less fat also but still can’t quite see it! Instagram showing me a lot of ‘skin removal surgeries’ atm but I guess that beats shark attacks and some of the other weird shit it’s been showing me.

I had similar last week - suddenly no suppression and eating badly. I took my next dose early (only a day, so nothing drastic), and have weirdly been fine since, despite not going up a dose or anything... Have been having more protein and healthy fats, of course that was easier to do after I'd jabbed.

Wouldn't worry too much though - apparently giving up after a bad day / handful of bad days, is one of the main stumbling blocks of diets. If you're able to draw a line under it and then crack on eating better the next day, you're winning. Even if you did have a few Snickers. In the great scheme of things, they don't have that many calories - it's the mindset which makes a difference. Hope you managed a better day. If not, start fresh tomorrow, your hard work has not been undone x

I’m having major appetite suppression again, so much I might even push 2.5mg to every 5 days. I do wonder if having a week off and eating a bit more has helped to reset things.
At the least it’s going to be a bit cheaper if I can keep on a lower dose and spread the jabs out!
Medexpress offered me a 10% discount code for my next order (because I’d ignored their reminders as I was on holiday) which hasn’t worked - it’s expired after about 4 days! So I’ve messaged them and it’s now gone quiet.
so Just waiting to see if they get back to me. .. 🤨

just over 2lbs lost this week. Little frustrating again as mid week I was down to 12.2 so have jumped back up a bit same as last week. But so it goes.. and according to my tracking app I have just ovulated and have seen an increase every month around ovulation so it’s probably that. Did 50 clicks so approx 6.25mg, no noticeable side effects and suppression good.

GW - 10st

It does feel really slow, especially considering that I feel I’m eating so little most days (appetite suppression continually good), almost never snacking etc. The only thing I haven’t been doing is exercising and I keep telling myself that I need to start but struggling with motivation to get going. Hope everyone has a good week

For exercising, you know one of the best exercises you can do is just sit against a wall? You can do it anywhere, you don't need to get changed or book a babysitter, you can just do it, whenever you have a minute.

Put your back against a wall, and slide down so you sit on an imaginary chair. Hold it.

When I was caring for my late DH I had to be strong to lift and turn him, but I couldn't leave him alone to go and work out (and I couldn't afford to injure myself or get even more tired out), so I learned all these little ways of boosting my muscles wherever I was, in stolen minutes where I could find them. It was just so hard to motivate myself because I was always so so tired, for years, just exhausted, but the thing is to just do something. Something is better than nothing. So if you can't do anything but sit, sit against a wall.

Hi Everyone, thought I’d just check in. I had a nice NSV today. Some size 14 trousers which I couldn’t wear when I bought them are now loose round my waist! I haven’t worn them for a couple of weeks and was really surprised when I put them on today. I think I need to train Vinted to stop showing me size 14’s now because they are either too big or won’t fit me for long.

BMI 25 is 11st 5 I think so I’m nearly there…. I’ve got a hen weekend on Friday and would love to hit my two stone loss before then but I suspect that’s too much to hope for - the scales moved yesterday and my period is due on Sunday so I suspect that milestone will have to wait until I am back!!

Also, you can change Vinted sizes in 'Personalisation' then 'Categories and Sizes' - I had to do the same the other day as size 16's are too big now so have changed it to 12/14 😊

My charity shopping dopamine hits and NSV continue.....

Tried on an immaculate Jaeger maxi length bias-cut dress in size SMALL with plans to see if it would even go over my shoulders, bust, hips etc and maybe buying to track progress over the next 2 stone and 'slim in to' ... and it actually fits (snug at the bust but loose on the hips). I'm staggered as scales v slow recently.

I had a chat with my dentist today about botox and fillers - she is v v conservative and experienced. Her approach is less is more. She starts off under on the botox and then after the 2 weeks tops up (one price for both appointments - £390 for 3 zones) - similarly with filler £600 which she says lasts a year. I would do the botox now I think and the filler at goal weight - has anyone any thoughts?

Also I was trying to work out MJ maintenance - is the most cost effective way to but 5mg syringes and use clicks to only use 2.5mg dose? Anyone thinking ahead?

Great tip - and a very moving post. It sounds like you were incredibly strong for your DH.
