Three months - lost just over a stone very slowly so far.

Thank you, that's really interesting. I initially did it as I was scared of side effects, but I haven't felt particularly hungry until today and I'm wondering whether to carry on.
@Catty123Ma I'm not planning on using the pen past the 4 doses/30 days.

How do you know the OP isn’t of Asian descent - the threshold is 27 in that case.

OP mounjaro is more of a dietary supplement more than a magic bullet - you still need to eat healthily alongside it. If you are not eating properly that will be exacerbating the side effects. Some people are just more sensitive however. I have never needed to go above 2.5 for the food noise and appetite suppression to be helpful and others need to go up to the full 15mg dose. Maybe dial yours down to 1.25 and see how you go, but in the meantime try and hit your calorie goals for the day with plain but nutritious food.

If OP is, then I apologise. Although I suspect they would have said that were it the case.
