loss : 16lbs (in 5 & 1/2 weeks)
had a big loss in the first week of 8lb and since then its averaged 1-2lbs a week but I’m really happy with that, I’m only a few pounds off a new stone bracket that I haven’t seen for a very long time too!
like someone else said, we are consistently losing and not losing 5lbs then putting it back on a few weeks later.
I would’ve fallen off the wagon by now 100%, during my period week I gained a 1lb and old me would’ve hit the fuck it button and just gone back to eating junk, but I recognised that my body needed more food that week and then reigned it back in the following week.
For those who are struggling with lack of suppression try tracking your calories for a week and see if they average out…for me I eat less around Jab day but I then eat those cals towards the end of the week when suppression is waring off.
eg my cals for loss are currently 1450 a day, which is 10,150 for the week.
I might have 2 days where I can only manage 1000 cals so I then have 900 extra cals I can use over the other 5 days.
But crucially, over the whole week, I’m still in a calorie deficit
