Welcome to the latest thread, all WL warriors welcome as always.

Congrats to us all for our achievements and NSVs so far. And props for all the support, encouragement and kindnesses throughout.

Feel we’re breaking the back of this now! Base camp is firmly in our rear view and we’re climbing on … will some start to see the summit in the distance, over the course of this thread? That is pretty darn exciting!

No matter what your pace, and if you’ve lost a microwave, a tin of paint or 192,000 bees: well done!

@ivegotthekeyivegotthesecret no I started 2nd April but at the time found the older threads really useful to look at - I had a fair old amount of side effects on 2.5 so looked at the older threads to see what people said - I’ve definitely not said never again but at the moment I’m doing ok without it . ( and with £140 extra a month to spend on better food and dance excercise)

Thanks mumandgran24 I* *do rotate between thighs and belly and haven’t noticed any difference between them for me, glad it worked for you though👍
