Morning all, I'm starting week 16 I think.

Loss this week 1.5kg
Total loss so far 21.4kg, 47lb, just over 3 stone or 5 large domestic cats.
86.6kg gets me a bmi of 30 and just overweight so that's my next target by August (might be a bit optimistic). I've set my ultimate goal weight at 70kg so I'm about half way there.
I must have poked a little blood vessel with last week's jab because I have a bruise about the size and shape of my index finger from it. First time I've had more than a tiny yellow bruise. I do rotate sides and spots on my thighs so it was bound to happen at some point.
I feel like I've really settled in to this new way of being, 7.5 is working well for me, the changes have now become routine, very few side effects and these were self inflicted. I have found I'm very sensitive to dairy/lactose, much more than I used to be, I'm not a big dairy person so it's not a big deal for me. I'm no longer having the 1-5 weekly tubs of ice cream even in the warm weather, I'm not even interested.
My adhd is actually helpful in some ways because if I put snacks in a cupboard/out of sight they very quickly no longer exist to my brain and without the food noise I'm not hunting for anything, I just move on to another activity and before I know it I'm heading to bed having eaten nothing after dinner at 6.
I'm now wearing hoodies in a mens medium (snugish), I was wearing a mens xl in Feb and that was sometimes a bit tight.
I've ordered 10mg as my next pen more out of curiosity more than anything else, I'll see how it goes knowing I can just take a lower dose if it doesn't go well.
