What have you eaten today (on mounjaro)

I had my first dose yesterday, and interested to see what others are eating in a day. I have eaten MUCH less than usual, and barely touched tea and coffee (which I'd normally have multiple cups of)

Today I've had
Actmiel first thing , peppermint tea
Strawberry protein yogurt
Cold chargrilled chicken, carrot, cucumber , houmous.
1 go ahead slice
Chicken breast, stiffed with a tiny bit of cheese, wrapped in one rasher of bacon. brown rice, veg .

I weighed and tracked everything, and still coming in under 1000 cals. My tdee minus 500 is 1950!

1/2 a prawn sandwich
2 mini sausages
1 mini sausage roll
A sliver of quiche

And a cookie.

Turns out I'm still a sucker for a buffet. I paid for it by feeling sick.

Normal day on 5mg is a bowl of soup for lunch, small portion of whatever evening meal the family is having (yesterday roast chicken and veg), and a protein yog at some point.

ufit for breakfast. Ufit for lunch. Chicken, sweet potato and green beans for dinner. Just gone up to 12.5mg and it’s a struggle! 3.5st down, 1.5st to go.

breakfast - 1 slice Jason’s toasted with a slice of ham

Lunch - chicken and coleslaw panini

snack - crisps

about to make tuna and rice dish for dinner.

im due my next jab tomorrow!

I’m on the 4th week of 7.5 and have lost two and a half stone to date. I’ve eaten 2 weetabix with milk mid morning and a small portion of Thai red curry with rice this evening. I’ll have a Time Out bar later as a treat. Not counting calories but consistently losing x

2 rice crackers with philly light, ham and cucumber.
A nakd coco protein bar
Fish, potatoes, cucumber and asparagus
A lemon muller light yoghurt
3 cups of tea
3 litres of water
988 calories total for today.

Currently on 2nd pen of 5mg.

SW 20th Jan 17 stone.
CW 14 stone 12 lbs
Total loss to date 30lbs in exactly 8 weeks

@Illbefinejustbloodyfinehonest I feel fine I have been eating most days like this since Nov I know I should eat more but when I do it's as I'd it gets stuck in my throat and this might sound mental bit bubbles come up

Banana for breakfast.
Tuna salad for lunch.
Dinner was a slice of brown toast, with peanut butter, bbq flavoured rice crackers and a yogurt.

Snack- grapes and a dairylee jumbo tube thing (my guilty pleasure) 2 cups of tea and 3 glasses of water. Total - 760 calories.

Week 14 lost 41lb total.

1x Slice of toast with two scrambled eggs and steamed cavalo Nero (had some hanging about)

1 x pack of steamed it’s soup dumplings

1/2 pack of chocolate covered Tru Blueberries (oops)

5 x chicken wings air fried
(1 x beer - oops)

I now feel ridiculously sick!

Breakfast Strawberry protein yoghurt pouch
Lunch half protein wrap with 1 slice of cheese and 4 cucumber slices (couldn’t finish a whole)
1 apple
Dinner will have few chicken pieces with couscous

1,5-2,5 l water
2,5 cups black coffee

currently on week 2

I’m really never hungry. Currently im drinking 3+ litres of water, 2-3 cups of tea and an evening meal. Tonight I had a lobster fish cake with loads of green veg.

Lunch was 2 corn thins with 50g Jalapeno hummus, a small oven baked chicken breast and a protein yoghurt.

Dinner was homemade lasagne and some garlic bread.

I had a piece of cake for dessert.

All tracked and under my calorie target for the day.

I am on my first week of 5mg. 1st1lb lost in 4 weeks. I thought the 5mg would have had more of an effect tbh but today has been fine. I had worse side effects (headaches and fatigue) on 2.5mg. I am really cold today though.
