I’ve lost the amount of fats and oils an average American eats in (1) year. Would like to lose an average house cat too but it’s slow going at the moment. Just a lb off for me last week.
I’m feeling a bit hungry too so not sure whether to try and increase, although had the start of sulphur wind after jabbing…..
My holiday is July and I’d like to not only be at target and sts but also to have toned up and got my subcutaneous fat down. Currently 29.5% which is high. I have a gym session with PT at the end of the month so hoping I’ll be inspired!

@Weepixie - my MIL always has a suitcase full of contraband! One time when she’d been pulled for excess weight, she offloaded a bag with 7kgs of miniature perfumes. She didn’t need them, just didn’t want anyone to use them while she was gone!!

@SilverSprings510 - I have the Renpho scales. I got them just after starting as I couldn’t get my old digital ones to calbrate to 0 plus DS kept stealing them!
what do you want a screen shot of? They show you a graph of your body weight/ bmi/ muscle mass/ visceral fat and for each date you’ve weighed you can go into that data and it’ll detail all the breakdowns if that makes sense
