This is our 8th month - gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly - some are at goal - and working out maintenance - some nearing it and some still have weight they want to lose - but ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

Omg thank you all so much you have made me feel fab today now 💗 💖 💕 💛 ❤️ 😊 i feel so much better now about my body, the arms are wingy still, I'm still wearing sleeveless and vest tops though. @Blondeshavemorefun no that's not knob dog, he's my friends Weim, he's an amazing boy. Xx

@Arraminta thank you so much, i think I look better now than in my 30's when I see photos. That was the excessive alcohol though took a heavy toll. Xx

So have decided to travel with my pen on holiday, but is it best in my carry on or hold luggage? I've also got my little box of needles with me too. I don't think they can be in carry on surely?

Medication must go in hand luggage. It is fine to take your needles too, plus a spare or two.

You can take everything in hand luggage. I also took a couple of syringes. Travelled with MJ about 6 times..Europe and Argentina
