We are doing so well. 7mths

Hugs all the auggies and all of us have lost a fair amount of weight

Some still have weight to lose myself included

Equally a few are nearing their healthy bmi or have reached it and thinking about maintaining

And all I can say is an elephants penis 😂😂😂

Ah @owlyboo it's weird I'm not disappointed as I know it will be off in a couple of weeks anyway. I struggle when DH is home, I'm used to my wee simple routine. I miss him but I would go mad if he was here FT again! 😂 the bloody mess!!

@NippyNinjaCrab. Happy WA with lovely flowers! Yes I was on tramadol for a few years..made me feel half dead all the time. Luckily I am not an addictive person so was easy to stop.

I’ve lost another 2lbs this week, bringing me to -5st5lbs/-75lbs/-34kg 🙌🏼 I have had an email from Royal Mail saying my parcel will be delivered today! (I’ve had nothing but brilliant service from MedExpress tbh) so should be able to jab tomorrow as normal. Would be interested to see if 12.5 gives me a bit of a boost, as I’d like maybe a stone off before I come off, and typically lose 10ish lbs per pen at the moment.

It was my bonus dose of 12.5 yesterday. I extracted 8 mls so jabbed! Only to realise that would be a bit over 15 mg 😱 Anyway I am still alive and woke up feeling normal..don't anyone else do this please 🙏 Titrating down after this as I am more or less where I want to be, although top of my healthy BMI is 2 pounds lower than my weight of 8 st 13 pounds. My next pen is 10 mg. My official weigh day is now Sunday. Happy weekend to all. I am like to think of everyone being happy at the weekend and the weather is getting better too 🌞

My hand weights have arrived and I'm going to do a wee set today and attempt to get into the routine of doing every second day on arms. Does anyone do pilates? I've been seeing videos for basic tummy exercises such as toe taps, I'm going to try that.

Well done everyone for losses. I weighed this morning and it’s an official sts for me this week which is fine, I can’t expect the big losses on the lowest doses and I knew I had a bit more food plus fair bit of wine last weekend so that will be catching up with me.
