We are doing so well. 7mths

Hugs all the auggies and all of us have lost a fair amount of weight

Some still have weight to lose myself included

Equally a few are nearing their healthy bmi or have reached it and thinking about maintaining

And all I can say is an elephants penis 😂😂😂

Yes - hope you don’t feel poorly

I did similar with a pen did that jab properly. I then syringed and think I overdosed myself and went from 10 to 15 and I had a day or two of feeling awful and couldn’t eat

Not sure how tomorrow will go. This is half term week so been Out for picnics and lunch with dd and friends

will be annoyed if have another sts or even worse gain

I’ve been in my cals all week but then so was last week ans I sts and was pissed off esp as usually 2lbs a week girl

Tom is 4th dose. Bonus next week. New pen from ousck arriving next week and was a 12.5 but I’ve emailed them to say can I change for 15

Hopefully they will say yes - it’s the same price so fingers crossed

Morning everyone. Well done on any losses and NSV. Good luck for Friday and Saturday weigh ins 👍 I have thrown myself into decorating and decluttering all week. My eldest daughter has finally taken all her stuff that has been stored here for many years ....she's 31! I have been sorting all my clothes into clear boxes, labelled up eg t shirts, summer dresses etc. I have been painting my box room and it's now a clothes storage room and holiday packing room! Got a brand new white table for £10 from a charity shop to put my suitcase on when packing. I have a collection of old furniture that I painted white when I moved here and had no money...wooden ottoman, desk, small chest of draws and nice wooden chair. I am repainting them all today. All with leftover paint so no cost for paint. A load of stuff for the charity shop and also found two pairs of really great walking trousers that I thought I had lost (1 pair Rohan that I bought in a sale) I bought them when I was about 10 stone. I have my sewing machine out ready to take them in. Not weighed since last Sunday and not felt like eating. All bunged up from taking codeine for my chronic back pain, which got worse after stressful times over last 2 weeks. Managed a nice walk with friends on Tuesday. Loads of rain here in Yorkshire! Anyway back to the painting.. I have been up since 7, sanding woodwork!

Little update from me.
I am 9st 13lbs! For the first time in 30 years I am below 10 st! Literally cannot beleive it.
I have also got an appt to go to the local leisure club to meet one of their personal trainers tonight. Again, can't really believe I'm doing that but if I can shift 3 stone in 6 months, I can do that. 5lbs to go to get to a BMI of 25.

@Blondeshavemorefun sounds a good idea to try 15 mg. They are pretty good at responding but I think it's been very busy since January. Best to give them a call. I have never had any issues with them. For an extra £1 (7.99 instead of 6.99) you can get Post Officr delivery before 1 pm. I just rang them to arrange. Hope you have a nice surprise when you WJW tomorrow. PS have you tried increasing green vegetables when you have a ready meal? 50% veg and 50% ready meal. I always have frozen veg like broccoli and whole green beans in my freezer to bulk up. I also like fresh spinach and fresh mushrooms.

To be fair, I'm surprised there's so much extra in the pen! No way would I waste it.

When I use it as normal, I only push it a little bit to ensure the liquid comes out so just a couple of little drops.

Side effect wise, I don't feel queasy or anything so I think I'll be ok, I've been on 10mg for ages now so I think I'll be fine on this dose.

Just wish I didn't have this rotten cold with the kids off school, I had so much planned with them!! 😫

@Blondeshavemorefun they reply quite quickly, they told me if there wasn't an option at check out to choose between delivery carriers I should whatsapp with the order number to specify who I wanted and they would change it. Xx

I weighed today which isn’t a full week since last weigh but we’re going away tomorrow so I won’t have access to scales. Anyway, I’m under 12 stone for the first time since I don’t know when! Many years anyway! It’s weird. I can look at a photo of me at say 29/30 (15 years ago) and know I weighed over 12 stone then so heavier than now - maybe not by much but I know I was always trying to get under 12 and never quite getting there. But I still feel bigger now and think I probably look it too. Different distribution I guess, and just age! My boobs are also significantly closer to my waist than they were back then, maybe that’s throwing me off 😂

So I'm thinking of moving on from Voy, expensive and their whole coaching thing I've never used. Prob going to go for 5mg, down from 7.5mg. Any suppliers to recommend or avoid?

They’ve replied. That was quick. But I have to pay another £4 in top. I thought 12.5 and 15 were same price

Ask what the £4 is for if it states on the site they are the same price, the amount seems strange x

I filled in an Ask my GP request first thing and they've just got back to me with a list of pharmacies they can refer me to.

Voy want to charge £279 for 12.5mg moving up from £229 for 10mg!! But after the last debacle I had leaving voy and not getting approved anywhere, I'm too scared to leave voy!! I'm terrified of life after mj!! Truly!!
