I certainly haven’t moved more, in fact less as I injured myself a couple of weeks ago and have been very sloth like.
that said I have been eating “clean” and I really do mean clean. No processed food at all. I am dairy free and don’t eat meat so my diet is mainly fish and egg based with grains and veg.
I have sugar that occurs naturally, fruits and such - all these foods naturally have cleaner calories - not all calories are equal.
I eat high fat foods like avocado and nuts.
I feel better, I do t feel sluggish after food. Iv had very minimal side effects.
my issue was never the type of foods I ate, it was quantity- that isn’t to say I didn’t indulge in a share size bag of crisps. But these jabs have allowed me to get back to what I know is the best food for me, taking away cravings and allowing me to readjust my portions to an appropriate level.
I drink plenty of water - I love water, I know some people don’t. I have gone off coffee which I believe to be a big change in my diet as I drank 4 lattes with oat milk a day, which was high in calories and carbs - now I have one percolated coffee with soy milk in the morning, and to be honest I don’t really enjoy, it’s more a habit.
