I have missed so many posts! Can't believe we're on another thread!
Thought it was time for an update.
I'm on W10D3 so not quite at my next weigh in yet.
SW 220.6 (on MJ)
CW 200.6
Loss so far 20lbs, but actually 27 lbs as I lost half a stone on my own first.
Pretty happy with that in 10 weeks. It's not super fast (when you account for 6lbs in my first week!) but fluctuates between 1-2 lbs per week. Does feel like I've been lingering around the same few pounds for a few weeks though.
The exciting things for me though is that my BMI has gone from 33.3 to 29.7! It's lovely not to be Obese anymore, just overweight!
I also do my measurements every week and I hadn't realised how much I've lost in certain areas as I really can't massively see it.
Apparently I've lost 4.5 inches off EACH thigh π³. I've lost 4 inches off my waist, 3 off my hips and 4 off my chest.
So my next thing I'm focusing on is that one more pound will mean I weigh less than 200lbs and will have lost 2 stone in total. I'm excited about that!
I did 6 weeks on 2.5mg, 2 weeks on 3mg and have now done 2 weeks on 3.75mg.
I definitely feel a bit ropey this week. Loose bowels and nausea, so I'm glad I decided to increase very slowly to minimise side effects!
Just need to keep plodding on. Another 2 stone to go. But it feels achievable as long as I stay patient and remind myself that it took years to gain all this week, so it will take a while to lose it.
