Hi all, well done to everyone on your losses over this Christmas period, as well as the minimal gains. I know for a fact every single Christmas I would gain weight (usually around 5-7 pounds) from all the extra food I used to gorge on, from the pre-Christmas weeks up to the New Year, then feel absolutely crap and ashamed of myself.
Not this year though - for the first time ever I have lost another 2 pounds this week. I haven’t restricted myself - if I fancied a few maltesers, I would have some. But it felt nice not eating the entire box! Had a couple of drinks. Made sensible choices and controlled my portion sizes (for example I had two Yorkshire puddings, instead of my usual 4 or 5 🫣)
Final week of my 5mg jab too.
SW: 19 st 8 lbs
CW: 17 st 11 lbs
GW: my mind keeps changing on this! Will see when I get there.
Total weight loss 25 pounds. Hope to make it 2 stone next weekend 🤞
I also want to wish everyone a Happy New Year - and what a year 2025 will be when we are all feeling healthier in mind and body with our weight losses 🙂
