Oooh love the react options!
We had a team day today at work and there was lots of food at the meeting (sausage rolls, crisps, mince pies and more)… I ate nothing and instead had a peppermint tea. My new favourite thing to replace snacks.
No movement on the scales so far but we’re only half way through the week. I’m hoping for 2lb off by Sunday but currently in a negative space and thinking that might not happen despite eating fewer than 1000 calories a day.
dh is in a bad place due to work situation - big redundancy looming and behaviours are awful. I’ve been there but it’s hard to be around him when he’s so down. I’m trying to be supportive but it’s draining.
