And to anyone else struggling- this time of year can be tough with so much added pressure and the cold dark days.

I felt pretty deflated in November, started the month at 11.6 and finished at 11.4.
I did have a couple of weeks away, which wasn’t so much a holiday but involved too much rice as food options were fairly limited for veggie me.
I tried to increase dose to 4.17mg but too high for me and felt rough. I’m back down to 3.75 -(actually not quite sure what I had this week as the pen jammed and I needed pliers to twist. Even then it jammed again, so I don’t think I got the full 45 clicks)
Suppression has been high, I’m forcing myself to eat in the evening, and making sure I eat healthy snacks during the day. I’m pretty sure once these busy weeks are over, I’ll get back into my old routine and be fine.
Had an early weigh in yesterday, hoping that the scales may have moved and was shocked to get a weight starting with 10!! 10.12- haven’t seen a 10 for a very long time!
Double checked this morning and it is real!!
My target is 9&1/2 - I don’t know if that’s realistic. What I really need to concentrate on after Christmas is fitness - I need to increase my activity and tone up and build muscle.
I’m thinking C25K- anyone else? I’d also like to do some weights but don’t know where to start?
