Hey, since we are nearly at 970 posts i thought I'd take a turn and start a new thread...

The whole body and weight thing is weird and baffles me.

I've just been out for lunch with a friend. I had a sausage, turkey, cheese and garlic ciabatta with small amount of crisps.

I only ate about 2/3 of it, if that and now I feel a bit bleurgh.

I'm really not sure what I'm going to do this week about dosage.

I've had 10mg last two weeks and been a bit yakky with it. I don't know whether to push on through. Only 2 or 3 more doses left.

Another M jumper

So I wore this today helping instead of dark blue one

I did get some lovely comments from mums who saw me in a jumper. Normally in a coat and all bundled up and was a few wow. You've lost weight

Some know about dh split and said was it intentional or grief

2 gave me a massive hug and I even felt slimmer So I feel a bit happier now

Still really fucked off with scales but have to have to have a loss next week now don't I

@weaseleyes goal 1 sounds a good place to aim for. Settle at that, see how you feel and look, then maybe drop down a little. I think slow and steady is good for us all.

And who (over 50) doesn't have bingo wings?? Only one person I know, a complete gym bunny, healthy eater and very sadly died of pancreatic cancer. Life can be shit, I'll take the bingo wings.

@Blondeshavemorefun excellent result to just get right back on it. That mythical 4 pounds will go. They will. You know it. This week? next week? the week after. Ultimately it doesn't matter. They will go.

NSV for me. I'm going out tonight I I'm wearing a ring that fits. 5 years ago I took all my old jewellery and got the diamonds and gold made into a bespoke creation that I love. For the past 4 years my finger have been too fat to wear it. Now I can.

i had similar recently, I have a ring I’ve had since my 20s which I always work on my middle finger and now it’s back there! My fingers are the same size as they were in my 20s!! The rest of the body never will be again, but something closer to 30s would be great by me!!

Seems I've done well on the old fibre today... 😆 Found the culprit!!

@20bloodypounds amazing rings fit you now. My fingers have slimmed down a swell as rings loose

Tbh I don't take much notice of fibre as no issues pooing or not pooing

I don’t visit this thread often so I just wondered if we could have a check in on how much weight peeps have lost so far.
Week 16 for me on 7.5. Moving up to 10 next week
2 stone lost. Still have a looong way to go. Weight loss is a tad slower than I would like. Would have wanted to have lost about half a stone more but I am pretty lazy and need to up my activity levels!

Just over 3s @Redlightbulb but I don't really do any exercise due to ankle but that's also from April and a stone via sw so wouid be 2 ish

Target is 21g and apparently the 2 slices of chicken were over 400! I've edited the app now!
I make sure I do the fibre as it makes me feel fuller, and I'm greedy bastard 😆 Also really good for cardiac and high blood pressure so its something i make sure I hit!

Week 16 too -39 lb.
Just finishing second 7.5 pen and have a 10 in fridge but may just do 7.5 as happy on it/ no side effects and still at least 3 stone to lose

@Redlightbulb Started 1st week of August. Have lost approx 3 stone (from 15' 8 to 12'8). 1st month on 2.5mg, then 3.75mg from then like a weakling.

My 16 week weigh in today. 4lbs off which was a nice surprise. Total of 62 lbs. Staying on 7.5mg for another pen. Seems to suit me. Just enough suppression and apart from a little nausea the day after jabbing, no real side effects.

CW 14st 8lbs.

In nsv news, bought a sparkly dress for Xmas day. It's not even plus size!! It's from a standard range :) I still can't get my head round that 4 months ago I was crying in Yours clothing because I had to buy a size 24! Mounjaro has genuinely changed my life.

I've lost 34lb @Redlightbulb. First injection was august 12th so 16 or 17 weeks ago. I still have the same amount to lose again (at least). Just coming to the end of my first 7.5 pen (I did 2 at 5mg) but my losses are very slow and very small. I'm calorie counting everything and eating between 1000 and 1300 per day depending on post jab appetite.

Oh dear..after 16 days of tracking on MFP and no alcohol, I went to 2 foodie get togethers yesterday. In Yorkshire they are called a fuddle. 2 glasses of wine, NO mince pies, a Spanish pasty, small piece of crustless quiche and a few delicious Spanish sweets then fuddle number 2 no more alcohol, but a good few Indian snacks then Aldi Chocolate hearts with jaffa cake type filling..had a good few then about 6 Celebrations...nothing else before or after that apart from 1 poached egg on toast for breakfast. So 10 mg suppression didn't work yesterday 😱 Not hungry at all so far today!

Weigh day...2lbs off which I really wasn't expecting for some reason! Didn't feel like this week was a loss! Into the next stone bracket! Hello 11's! Officially less than a stone to target now and 3lbs until my 4 stone loss! 😱 53lbs lost!! (9lbs pre MJ)

Advice needed please. I am thinking of dosing 7.5 out of a 10 mg pen, which means it will last more than a month. Anyone else use their pen for more than 30 days?
