Oh my goodness..I can't keep up!! Read everything though. Seems quite of you are poorly and having 💩 problems. Wishing you all well. Sorry to shock you but I have 💩 in the woods a couple of times over the years when I had no other choice 😱 and I really like a good swear in the right company 👍 Guess I am a bit of a disgrace for an oldie 😅 but I have a lot of fun!At the end of my first week on 10 mg and suppression is still very high.. I can still barely eat. Had a whey protein drink and nearly threw up. I still haven't got weighed but can get into all my clothes that I bought when I lost the pesky stone and a half that I gained back. Feeling hopeful but also queasy. Will probably order another 10 mg pen. Catch up soon!

Scratch what I said - 7.5 is working very well for me. I’ve lost 5lbs this week 😦 taking me to -3st6lbs/-48lbs/-21.8kg. I am also under 100kg now!

When I actually sat to think about it, I have felt hungry this week because I’ve eaten a lot less. Haven’t felt the need to have a snack or anything so by the time I’ve gotten to dinner it makes sense I’m hungry! I also had soup for lunch all week last week which I think has helped.

Morning, if we're doing confessions, I've peed so many times on a walk I've lost count 😂

I've had an email this morning to register for beta testing the Shotsy app for android, hope I get chosen for it.

I've no bananas left and I need breakfast, too lazy for eggs, maybe toast and peanut butter. I feel like being a rebel today and going for a hair colour change, and slight style change ( not brave with the chop) xx

Morning all - happy Wednesday !!

Weigh day for me this morning - as i said last week i would be happy if i hit my 4st loss in the next couple of weeks but i have hit it today plus 2 and am very happy !! Also feel back to normal in myself again as well today so that's all positive... I will honestly catch up on all the posts a bit later and can't wait as i feel i have missed so much - but from just skimming the last few posts there seems to be a lot of chatter about woods and poo !! So am intrigued .... !!!

Anyway current stats are :
