Welcome all.

Been 3mths now since we started.

Afternoon all - happy Tuesday ! I know its late but my first time on here today...
Just wanted to update - feel much better today ! I have de-stressed from the awful MRI yesterday and also today woke up feeling much brighter in myself and haven't been sick or anything anymore and actually managed an omelette last night for dinner, and today have had my vimto protein shakes and have just had dinner of chicken and veg - and i really enjoyed it; so hopefully fingers crossed it was just a reaction i think to jab day -
Anyway, tomorrow my plan is to go back and look at the pages on here that i have missed in the afternoon, and wish everyone a lovely evening and congrats in advance for losses or NSV or just something that has happened that has made us smile ! Weigh day for me tomorrow so will keep you posted ...
If any others are feeling unwell, i hope that like me you are starting to feel yourself again x

Sorry ladies I can’t keep up with the thread, I’m just so busy atm. Well done for all nsvs and losses! Will weigh tomorrow as normal but not overly thrilled with 7.5 so far! Not a massive difference between this and 5 imo which is a bit disappointing. May be better once it’s built up in system a bit!

Hello my sweary friends. (Just checked it didn't auto correct to sweaty 😆)
Feeling a bit plateau'ey the last few days, but am off to London with work for a couple days so will get plenty of walking in!
I've been out on site visits all day - the last one I was chatting to the site manager. I forgot I'd told him when I had started on MJ as we were talking about being fat in the heat! I said as I was leaving - 'Need anything from me before I go?' He replied - 'yep, the name of that bloody stuff you're taking as you look brilliant' 😆 (he is South African, they don't hold back I spose!) Made me larf!

I definitely think mine is a bug as well @Blondeshavemorefun I'm not risking forest school tomorrow (much to my lads disappointment) I'm not being the mum that 💩 herself in the forest, like a rank version of if you go down to the woods today you're sure for a big suprise 😳😂

Luckily I don't 'feel' poorly today but being outdoors all day in the freezing cold tomorrow could definitely change that and I'm away this weekend so don't want to risk it!

Hopefully we'll feel better tomorrow!!!

Gosh, you're a sickly lot! Between you all and @NippyCrab's pup, this is a stressful time. I wish renewed health and vigour for all, the better to appreciate the comments on weight loss everyone is getting :)

I wonder if the poorly ones are finding they're a bit less resistant to bugs given that dieting isn't great for the immune system, plus all innards may have an underlying delicacy due to slow digestion.

@weaseleyes I definitely think that's what it is with me... any 💩 bug going around I seem to be finding it! Least it gives me a break from constipation I suppose! Although last week I finally seemed to not have it then bam hit with a bug!!

Poor @owlyboo, stomach bugs and symptoms are the absolute worst! It's one reason I cling to lower doses, as I fear unpleasant side effects so much. (Although, I'm now on a mighty 4.5 - am giddy at my own daring.)

@weaseleyes your dosing is verging on me reporting you for misuse of the drug for such a high heady dose 😂

😂😂 on a positive note I had my Botox done last Thursday (first time in 10 months so was very much overdue!!) and my goodness it's kicked in like a dream, my forehead is like a dolphins beak! 😂😂
