Hi all, hope you are all ok. Weigh in 8 this week and 2 pounds off. It’s been a funny week, very very busy but I felt very empty. I track my calories and I was gettting around 1200 a day. I wondered if my empty feeling was hunger but my brain was not giving me the usual trigger. Bad explanation I know, it’s was like a petrol warning light had come on, a practical warning not a feeling. Food choices were not great either, but small portions and I had my period so not going to beat myself up. I think the high carbs were probably a factor in the weird feelings, needed more protein. This week should hopefully be a bit more settled. I’m going to try and be a bit gentler on myself, more fruit and veg, more walking, some earlier nights.
I’m going to go to 50 clicks of 2.5 this week, see if that helps and if the above was all just suppression waning. I’ve ordered another 2.5 pen for month 3.
