@owlyboo 🤣
Well done on the losses everyone! @Blondeshavemorefun your overall progress is great, I know you’ve had some tough weeks of plateau but it’s all paying off now.
@poppym12 it’s so annoying isn’t it. I went the opposite way a few weeks ago, had the runs for a few days and then it was replaced by constipation, so frustrating. Keep your fluids up and rest if you can.
Got told yesterday “ohh you’ve lost loads of weight, I can see it in your face”, and although I was smiling and saying thanks I was just thinking, it’s not my face I was worried about, it’s the rest of me! Still, I think I am shrinking a bit. Currently wearing jeans that were too tight 6 weeks ago, and are now comfy on the tummy, and actually quite saggy around the thighs.
I’m really relieved that my legs are coming back actually. I always hated my big thighs, but used to be happy enough with things from the knees down, but in the spring I tried on some shorts and dresses and was horrified at how fat my knees had gone. I spent the summer in long dresses and skirts to hide them. They look fairly normal again now, and have even been allowed out in tights over the last couple of weeks. Greatly looking forward to having a better figure next summer.
Haven’t eaten yet as Fridays are a crazy busy evening for me. I have got a fish pie in the freezer, so might have that. Not really feeling particularly hungry but have only grazed on light bits today so probably should.
It’s funny, on the days that I don’t have side effects I worry that I’ve got no suppression, but if I think back to the quantity that I used to eat, then I must have some really as I’m eating so much less now. I just need my brain to accept that suppression doesn’t have to equal nausea, it can just be a calm feeling of not wanting anything unnecessary.
