I have dropped down from 10 to somewhere between 8-9, and I am leaving it 8 days between jabs. Thankfully this has helped me get over the constant nausea. I have as a result plateaued at 11st 7 ish (half a pound either side) for the last couple of weeks.
Hunger pangs are higher for sure, but I'm taking this as an opportunity to relearn that this is ok and they don't need to be instantly answered!
I will go up to 10 when I jab tomorrow as I do want to get to below 11. I will then think about moving provider so I can maintain on 10mgs. Once I get through the next few weeks (which are expected to be highly stressful) I want to start to introduce more exercise, particularly strength and toning.
Hope everyone is doing ok. Only a few months off a year of starting this. What a year! I wonder what we have collectively lost so far?
